Governing the party is the indispensable prerequisite of governing the nation,must strictly rule the party and the strictness must be governed accordance with law.With the background of Socialism with Chinese characteristics embraces a new era and a new history starting point,the key for CPC to successfully handle the various incoming risks and challenges is that the party must manage the party and administer the party strictly.The internal legal system of the party essentially support to execute the "party must govern the party and administer the party strictly".The Eighth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,held in 1956 as the first National Congress of the Party after the founding of the People’s Republic of China,made many explorations in the field of the construction of academia,the current research on the construction of laws and regulations within the party mainly focuses on the ontology,formulation,implementation,supervision and other aspects of the construction party.Hence,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the Construction of Inner-Party Laws and Regulations of the Eighth National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party.Comprehensively considered of literature research method,historical analysis method,and comparative analysis method,this article takes the 8th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the starting point,and traces back the entire historical process of the construction of the party’s legal system since the founding of the Communist Party of China.To draw inspiration form sorting,analyzing and summarizing the whole historical process.This article is composed of five chapters of the introduction and the main text.The details are as follows:The introduction begins with the research origin and the significance of the 8th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the construction of intra-party regulations study.With the premise of defining some basic concepts of intra-party regulation construction,it expounds the relationship between intra-party regulations and national laws,intra-party regulations and system construction,and introduces the research methods used in this article,as well as the research difficulties and potential innovations,sort out the research status of this issue.The first chapter mainly examines the CPC ’s tasks in different historical stages since the founding of the Communist Party of China and until the Eighth National Congress.The history of the party ’s ideological construction,political life,and organizational development has been specifically targeted to strengthen the history of the party ’s legal system process.For example,construct the party’s organizational rules and regulations system,establish and improve the party’s disciplinary inspection system,strengthen the party’s propaganda and education laws and regulations,etc.Furthermore,from categorizing and summarizing the results of the party’s laws and regulations,to
