The Eighth Party Congress, "inner-party Democracy" Research

The concrete expression of the principle and spirit of democracy in inner-party life is "inner-party democracy" which is a fundamental issue of building our party. This paper focuses on the Eighth National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party, starts with the angle of the combination of the history of Chinese revolution and the history of Chinese Communist Party's construction, On the basis of explaining "inner-party democracy" theoretically in depth and recalling the Chinese Communist Party's realising course of "inner-party democracy" during the democratic revolutions before the Eighth National Congress of the CCP, prbes into the necessiy of its think highly of "inner-party democracy", then states the develping "inner-party democracy" and constructing exploring regulstions systimatically. Although the "inner-party democracy" wasn't carryied out in practice, we should not deny the greatness of "inner-party democracy" which the Eighth National Congress of the CCP provides. It has significant academic value and practical meaning to study and research the construction of "inner-party democracy" during the Eighth National Congress of the CCP, make clear of the clue in the Chinese history, summerising historical experiences for completing "inner-party democracy" in the new era and enhancing the party's self-construction .
