The exchanges between the Communist Party of China and the South African Communist Party can be traced back to the 1920 s and 1930 s,and there is a profound traditional friendship between the two parties. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, the two parties officially established inter-party relations through the introduction of the British Communist Party in 1960,and they were interrupted for nearly 20 years due to the 1963 international communist debate. In the 1980 s,due to changes in the international situation and the fact that our party began to re-adjust the guidelines for inter-party exchanges and re-established relations with the South African Communist Party, the relationship between the two parties resumed normalization in 1986.Since then, the inter-party exchanges between the Communist Party of China and the South African Communist Party have become increasingly hot and the relationship has become closer and more friendly. The first chapter of this article is mainly an overview of the South African Communist Party.Apart from the basic historical introduction,it also expounds the unique co-opetition relationship between the South African Communist Party and the ANC,in order to analyze the historical exchanges between the Communist Party of China and South Africa. At the same time,it introduces the political influence of South Africa and its ideological and theoretical contributions to the international communist movement, and highlights the particularity of the objects of communication. The second chapter is mainly to sort out the history of the exchanges between the two parties for more than 70 years, and to divide them through major historical events, including the formal establishment of inter-party relations by the two parties, the interruption of exchanges, and the resumption of relations. The third chapter is based on the historical facts of the two parties' exchanges, analyzes the dynamics of the two parties' interactions at various stages, and further refines the historical exchanges between the two parties, and introduces the different contents of the two parties' exchanges at different stages. The fourth chapter summarizes the experiences and lessons of the two parties' exchanges between the CCP and SouthAfrica, with a view to better developing the relationship between the two parties in the future and promoting the relationship between China and South Africa.By studying the inter-party exchanges between the Communist Party of China and the South African Communist Party,we find that they are not only the friendship between the traditional Communist Parties, but also because of their long history of communication, which makes the relationship more profound, and this good inter-party relationship is greatly It promoted the development of China-South Africa strategic partnership and further proved that the full use of inter-party relations can promote state relations.Regardless of how the international situation changes, independence should always be the most important principle for the development of inter-party relations. At the same time,in order to achieve benign inter-party interaction or interaction, the key lies in equality and two-way.Finally,with the evolution of the political structure of various countries, the Communist Party of some countries will no longer only play the role of “opposition party” or “opposition party”.More and more Communist Parties are beginning to move toward the political arena of their own country and become like the Communist Party of South Africa."Parties involved in state management",the Communist Party of China should be more cautious and flexible in dealing with this type of political party. It not only maintains the friendship between "brothers",but also becomes a "comrade" of like-mindedness.
