Hence President Xi Jinping asks cultural workers of the new era to inherit the Chinese outstanding culture tradition that culture conveys truth and educates people,and the cultural workers should enlighten and civilize people with culture.From the perspective of Marxist theory,we could rethink President Xi Jinping's affirmation of the role of excellent traditional culture and his requirements for contemporary cultural workers,then some very important theoretical questions are raised.How can our excellent traditional culture be inherited and dominant in current cultural development? What is worth inheriting? How can it be passed on? How can we actually make the past serve the present,get rid of the stale and bring forth the fresh in practice? These issues above are too macroscopic and grand to be discussed and researched in just one paper.But while thinking about these issues,I connect them with the ideological area that I have been focusing on.The idea of moralization and educating people function of culture touch my mind and stimulate my research interests.I can see the inner logical relationship between traditional thought,promote the transformation into modern moralization,form the logic and the effective practice strategy of modern moralization,and take effective measures to play the function of cultural indoctrination.We need to make more people believe in socialist ideology.The requirement above should be implemented in every detail,so we need to focus on problem solving on "capillary level" and improve the effectiveness of the ideological construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.All of the above are not only major theoretical problems,but also urgent practical problems.The significance and the value of moralization thought in ancient China lie in the fact that they not only bear the ideological function and promote the familiar virtue construction of ethical,but also moralization thought in ancient China deeply and systematically is to provide historical reference and idea resources for the validity of ideology's social education in the new era.This paper considers the relationship between the effectiveness of the main ideology and the social stability as a basic analytical logic,and tries to analyze the operation logic and the traditional value of modern moralization by combining ancient ideological resources with the Internet and optimizing the network cultural environment,make full use of the modern media technology platform to create development of modern society,cultural soft power has increasingly become an important force in the competition between countries.And the ideology which is the symbol of the national culture defines the nature and the direction of the national culture.At the practical level,it is necessary to generate feasible practical strategies to make the modern moralization thought effective,especially we should apply the theory to practice.We should take measures according to the situation,and expand the ideological space with the help of modern moralization thought.The social cohesion,influence and sustainability of the ideology depend on how long time and how big the coverage the ideology is believed.The value and significance of the modern moralization lie in that the modern moralization
