The Research On The Dual Dependence In Modern Chinese Society

The problem of development of human society is the core of Marx theory,has been a major issue of philosophy and social science.The guiding significance of Marx's "three stage" theory related to the construction of socialist Chinese characteristics,academic research has been fully.But the Chinese society in the development process in the form of both of the "human dependence" and to "materialdependence" the unique "dual dependence" phenomenon,and its relationship with Marx's theory of social development,or that the explaining power of the phenomenon of social development theory of Marx,did not cause the academia due attention.Non uniform in contrast to contemporary society "China dual dependence" phenomenon and the Marx social development theory as the foundation,analysis of its causes and to explore out the "double dependence",and "the possibility of human freedom and comprehensive development",has important theoretical and practical significance."Dual dependence" has become a unique phenomenon in the modern Chinese society.On the one hand,it is mainly reflected in human dependence characterized by honest,upright official complex and power worship;on the other hand,it is presented in substance dependence labeled with instrumental supremacy and prevailing utilitarianism.Viewed from historical perspective,the reverse order of modernization in modern china has caused the continuous process of "human dependence".However,the unit and commune systems which advocated by the state socialism has reinforced "human-dependence".In addition,the concurrent redistribution system and market system led to the rise of instrumental rationality and then it added to "material dependence".To free from the "dual independence",one basic approach is to go beyond power-oriented doctrines and interest based philosophies by reconstructing value belief system.In other words,based on socialist core values,Chinese traditional cultural essence is absorbed.And meanwhile,we should be inclusive to other valuable foreign cultures as well,and establish a modern value system centered on rational spirit and concepts of individual rights.What's more,public rights should be restrained and private rights be safeguarded by establishing fundamental institutions and legal systems.In other words,the mechanism of power delegation should be standardized,and great efforts be made to comprehensively implement the principles "power sources from the people".Besides,efforts should be made to transform the power market into the market ruled by law,to protect individual rights and private sphere from unprovoked interventions and offer institutional channels for the public to voice their interests and participation in politics.At last,the social resistance to commercialization corrosion should be strengthened by building a dynamic society.In this way the society will become independent and serve as the subject and center of self-management,avoiding the dependence of material.
