The world today has gradually become a community with a shared future.Since the 18th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping has focused on the strategic vision of building a community with a Shared future for mankind.He stressed that we should continue to strengthen exchanges and mutual learning between Chinese and foreign civilizations and vigorously promote the education opening to the outside world.As for ideological and political education,it is necessary to deeply study the phenomenon of ideological and political education in other countries and nations in the world with a more open and confident attitude on the basis of persisting in taking root in China.It is also necessary to constantly deepen the mutual exchanges between the theory and practice of ideological and political education in China and foreign countries,so as to provide beneficial reference for the innovative development of ideological and political education in China in the new era.China and Japan are close neighbors separated by a strip of water.The historical evolution and practical methods of ideological and political education in Japan have always been an important part of comparative ideological and political education.In fact,after the second world war,Japan's ideological and political education long-term facing many outstanding issues,which surround the reshaping national dominant values and the core problems of international image.The issues include: how to use education to serve the overall strategic transformation of Japan and the consolidation and stability of the post-war regime? How to reshape political identity under the new international system and era coordinates in the post-cold war era? How to maintain cultural tradition and national identity under the impact of globalization? In the face of these problems,Japan has explored and formed the basic path of values education based on school social science courses in school ideological and political education,and formed a series of empirical practices in the aspects of goal establishment,content transformation,method application,etc.,which is worthy of our dialectical observation.This paper adheres to the basic position,viewpoint and method of Marxism,uphold the principle of keeping our own culture as the base and making use of that of others.It aims to critically investigate the basic theoretical problems,historical changes,current characteristics,main difficulties and future development trend of value education in Japanese social science courses,so as to grasp the internal laws and main characteristics of value education in Japan.Based on comparative analysis with our country,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on deepening the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory curriculum and cultivating socialist core values in the new era.This thesis consists of three parts,five chapters?The first part is the first chapter,which mainly solves the basic theory and preamble of this research.The second part consists of the second chapter,the third chapter and the fourth chapter,aiming to grasp the realistic situation of values education of Japanese social science curriculum from three aspects: national top-level design,textbook and teaching content,teaching practice and implementation method.The third part is the fifth chapter,which aims to summarize and critically reflect on the characteristics of the values education of social science curriculum in Japan.More concretely:The first chapter mainly studies the basic theoretical issues of values education and Japanese social science curriculum,aiming to clarify and define the preliminary and conceptual issues in this study.Firstly,define the concepts of values,opinion about values,values education,and values education from the perspective of comparative ideological and political education,so as to lay a conceptual standard and foundation for comparative research.Secondly,it analyzes the relevant concepts of Japanese value education,Japanese civic education,Japanese moral education,Japanese social science curriculum and so on,so as to solve the problem of " debate of Name and Actuality" of value education in Japanese social science curriculum and clarify the close relationship between Japanese social science curriculum and value education.Finally,the historical changes and development course of social science curriculum values education in Japan after the second world war are investigated.The second chapter mainly studies the top-level design and target system of the values education in social studies of Japan,aiming to grasp how the Japanese government establishes the institutional guarantee of social science curriculum value education from the macro level.The first is to explore how the constitution of Japan and the basic law of education set up three national value ideals of democracy,pacifism and liberalism for social studies.Then it explores how the "basic plan of education revitalization" has established the era value orientation of "public" spirit for social studies.Finally,it explores how "learning guidance essentials" sets up a guiding value standard for social studies,which covers four dimensions of values system,namely,politics,society,economy and culture,with "citizen qualification" as the core.The third chapter mainly studies the teaching content of the value education of Japanese social science curriculum,aiming to grasp the content transformation and ideological orientation of Japanese social science curriculum to the educational goal from the textbook dimension.First,it analyzes the examination and approval system and compilation of Japanese Social Science Curriculum textbooks,selects samples and develops an analysis framework.The second is to summarize the content structure and content form of Japanese social science curriculum values education,including the education of political values based on democracy,peace and patriotism,the education of social values based on human rights,public spirit and sustainable development,the education of economic values based on innovation,diligence and contract spirit,the education of cultural values based on traditional culture and multi culture.Finally,based on the perspective of ideological orientation,it analyzes how to use the comparative image construction method to promote the dominant ideology of the Japanese ruling class.The fourth chapter mainly studies the implementation methods of the values education of social science curriculum in Japan.First of all,it explores the teaching methods of values education in social science courses,including the problem-solving learning method based on subject inquiry and experience,the situational and simulation teaching method that realize the transformation from the perspective of others to the parties,and the discussion and debate teaching method based on rational cognition and critical reflection.Then it explores the extracurricular Collaborative Methods of social science curriculum value education in Japan,including the out of school collaborative carrier centered on regional educational venues and the inter curriculum collaborative carrier centered on "special ethics of education".Then it explores the extracurricular Collaborative Methods of value education in Japanese social science curriculum,including the off campus collaborative carrier centered on regional educational venues and the inter curriculum collaborative carrier centered on "special ethics of teaching subjects".Finally,it explores the evaluation methods of values education in Japanese social science curriculum,including standardized test method based on value conflict selection and judgment and observation and action analysis evaluation method based on "rubric".The fifth chapter mainly studies the characteristics,criticism and Enlightenment of Japanese social science curriculum values education.First,the basic characteristics of Japanese social science curriculum values education include highlighting the ideological demands with the reconstruction of national identity as the core,focusing on the system guarantee with the top-level design of the country as the traction,Highlight the content form of the combination of explicit and implicit,and emphasize the implementation strategy oriented by practical cultivation.Then,the paper makes a critical review of the values education of social science curriculum in Japan,including the dilemma of "free history" and the right wing of history textbooks,the dilemma of ideological prejudice and populism,the dilemma of over integration and lack of dominance,and the youth's political indifference and practical dilemma.Finally,it is the Enlightenment of Japanese social science curriculum value education.This paper holds that we should pay more attention to the political guidance and value leading role of Ideological and political theory curriculum,strengthen the integration of Ideological and political theory curriculum in primary and secondary schools,construct the ideological and political education discourse based on Chinese practice and international comparison,and explore the formation of a more affinity and operability of practical teaching mode.
