Research On The Construction Of Network Moral Values Of Virtual Subject

At present,network life has become an indispensable part of people's daily life.It is an urgent goal to strengthen network governance and create a clean and healthy network environment.As an important part of network governance,network moral governance has increasingly become the development trend of global internet governance and an increasingly urgent issue of the times.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new ideas on network governance,with the strategic goal of building a community with a shared future in cyberspace,promoting the benign development of the network ecology,and bringing the benefits of Internet development to the people of all countries.This research starts from the characteristics of virtual subject to study the construction of network moral values,which is based on the cultivation of virtual subject's consciousness of self governance of network environment,and provides moral governance path for network governance.Based on the core values of socialism and outline for the implementation of citizen moral construction in the new era,according to the characteristics of the network,expand the horizon of network governance research,break through the externality and heteronomy of the previous network governance models,and construct a governance model combined with the internality and autonomy,make up for the lack of theory and reality of network moral values construction,and has the effect of expanding space and consolidating the foundation for the improvement of network governance efficiency.Under the guidance of Marxist theory,using the methods of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,as well as specific methods such as literature analysis and case analysis,this paper studies the era background,objective necessity and theoretical premise of the construction of virtual subject's network moral values,and constructs the content system of virtual subject's network moral values according to the practical needs of network governance,and puts forward the concrete practice path.It mainly includes the following five parts.The first part explains the core concepts of virtual subject,network moral governance and network moral values,and demonstrates the objective necessity and realistic possibility of the construction of network moral values;The second part expounds the theoretical foundation and basis of the construction of virtual subject's network moral values,mainly including Marxist moral values,moral values in Chinese excellent traditional culture and moral values in Western civilization,which lay the theoretical foundation and find the ideological source for all the research;The third part combs the development process and current situation of virtual subject's network moral values,examines and criticizes the current network moral alienation phenomenon,such as cyberspace alienation,spiritual alienation,contract alienation and freedom alienation of virtual subject,reveals the influencing factors of virtual subject's network moral values,which establishes the realistic and logical foundations for the construction of virtual subject's network moral values;The fourth part constructs the content framework of virtual subject network moral values,which are composed of network security moral values,network integrity moral values,network moderation moral values and network justice moral values;The fifth part puts forward the construction path of the network moral values of the virtual subject,which mainly includes improving the network moral subjectivity of the virtual subject,establishing a good network moral fashion,and actively improving the network moral system guarantee,etc.The exploration of the above aspects has put forward the governance criteria for network governance from outside to inside,from heteronomy to self-discipline,from specific phenomenon to necessity,pointed out the direction of network moral governance,laid the foundation of virtual subject's moral values,and opened up the moral space and spiritual and cultural construction way of network governance.This paper puts forward some new ideas on the interpretation of the characteristics of the virtual subject,the criticism of the alienation of network morality,and the construction and realization of the network moral value system of the virtual subject.
