Building a socialist ideology with strong cohesion and attractiveness is a major subject of research on the theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Colleges and universities are the forefront and main battlefield of the ideological work of the party and the state.Doing a good job in the construction of the ideological responsibility system of college teachers is an inevitable requirement for building a strong socialist ideology.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core has issued a series of guidelines and policies to strengthen and improve ideological work in colleges and universities,especially the requirement to strengthen the construction of the responsibility system for ideological work,which is the ideological responsibility system for college teachers.Construction pointed the way.This research follows the ideas of theoretical analysis and empirical investigation,and the unity of logic and history,and constitutes a logical thinking unity of theory and practice,history and reality.Taking the construction of the ideological responsibility system of college teachers as the research object,in accordance with the logical sequence of the theoretical foundation-the value dimension-the historical pulse-the reality question-the consolidation strategy,according to the development requirements of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,Adhere to the problem orientation,respond to practical problems,systematically study the status of the implementation of the ideological responsibility of college teachers,analyze the problems in the construction of the ideological responsibility system of college teachers and the implementation of the system,and finally propose ways to further strengthen the construction of the ideological responsibility system of college teachers path.The research is based on Marxist theoretical disciplines,guided by dialectical materialism and historical materialism,while drawing lessons from sociology,ideological and political education,modern institutional science and other disciplines,comprehensive use of research methods such as questionnaire survey,dialectical analysis and comparative research to conduct multi-dimensional analysis of the construction of college teachers' ideological responsibility system.The full text includes an introduction and five chapters of the main text.The introduction part describes the research background and significance of the topic,a summary of domestic and foreign research,research ideas and research methods,and research innovations.The first part elaborates the theoretical basis of the construction of the ideological responsibility system of college teachers.It defines the core concepts of ideological responsibility and ideological responsibility system,clarifies the basis and main content of the establishment of ideological responsibility of college teachers,and the connotation and main content of the ideological responsibility system of college teachers.The ideological responsibility system of college teachers refers to a series of important responsibility systems proposed to party organizations at all levels,functional departments of colleges and universities,and teachers in order to maintain the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological field and realize the fundamental task of establishing morality.The main content of the ideological responsibility system of college teachers is divided into three aspects: the requirements of the ideological responsibility system established by national laws and regulations,the relevant requirements of the Communist Party of China's internal regulations on the ideological responsibility of party committees and party organizations at all levels,and the ideology formulated by universities responsibility system requirements.The second part elaborates the important value of the construction of the ideological responsibility system of college teachers from the perspective of fulfilling the fundamental tasks of Life,safeguarding national ideological security,and building a strong socialist ideology.The third part reviews and summarizes the development process of the construction of the ideological responsibility system of Chinese college teachers since the founding of New China.Mainly examine the course of our party's ideological work and ideological and political education related system construction in different historical periods,especially the summary of experience and lessons,including firmly grasping the party's leadership over ideological work in colleges and universities,and promoting colleges and universities with theoretical innovation Ideological system innovation,enriching the content of ideological responsibility construction around ideological positions,and vigilance against the impact of extremely "Left" educational thoughts and critical struggles on the ideological work of colleges and universities.These lessons are for the ideological responsibility of college teachers.System construction has important guiding significance.The fourth part analyzes the status of the construction of the ideological responsibility system for teachers in my country's colleges and universities through questionnaires and in-depth interviews,focusing on the four aspects of teacher ideological responsibility cognition,responsibility recognition,ideological responsibility system construction,and responsibility system implementation.Summarizes the main achievements of colleges and universities in implementing the construction of the teacher's ideological responsibility system,combined with the data analysis of the questionnaire and interviews to point out the main problems existing in the construction of the current college teacher's ideological responsibility system,and focuses on the cause analysis of the main problems.The fifth part mainly proposes to further strengthen the construction of the ideological responsibility system of college teachers from five aspects: strengthening the party's absolute leadership over the ideological work of colleges and universities,innovating system construction ideas,strengthening system implementation,implementing the main responsibility of teachers,and grasping the construction of supporting mechanisms path.
