Research On The Construction Of Inner - Party Democracy System

Political party democracy is the life of the party. The construction of political party democracy is the key to improving the party’s governing capability. Institution, which with fundamental, overall, stability and long-term, is in the core of the construction of democracy in the party. Institution is the carrier of democracy and the political party democratic institution is the fundamental guarantee for the realization of the democracy within the party. If the political party democratic institution’s development is the fundamental guarantee of the development of political party democracy, on the other hand, is not conducive to the development of political party democracy. To establish and improve the democratic institution within the party can promote the standardization of democratic life within the party and make the democratic life within the party more stable and sustainable. It can also make the party’s outstanding talent come to the fore, so that the whole party is full of vitality. In addition, it is also conducive to the party to make the right decisions, so that the party will always remain invincible. The political party democratic system building can not be achieved overnight. It must through a stepwise progression from low level to high level and gradually increase in the process. We should continue to promote this process within film political, to make the political party democratic system perfected.There are four parts in this paper. The first part generalizes the basic theories of the construction of political party democratic institution. It mainly includes the connotation and main contents of the democratic system in the party, the function of the democratic system in the party, the relationship between the political party democratic institution and the national democratic institution. The second part is the development process and achievements of the construction of the political party democratic institution. Through reviewing the development course of the political party democratic institution, we have to see the achievements we have made. It states the achievements made by the institution construction in these five areas respectively by dividing the political party democratic institution into five aspects: the party’s Congress institution, the political party election institution, the political party supervision institution, the political party democratic decision-making institution, the Party member right safeguard institution. The third part is the analysis of the existing problem in the construction of political party democracy institution. It mainly analyzes the problems in the text of the political party democratic institution and the existing problems and the problems existing in the process of institution implementation at the present stage. The fourth part is the basic path to improve the political party democratic institution. It put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions to improve the construction of political party democratic institution, aiming at the problems existing in the political party democratic institution, from the current reality.
