Research On China's Economic Thought Of The Rule Of Law In The Process Of Marketization

Establishing and developing a socialist market economy is the goal and task of contemporary China's economic reform.In the course of practice in the past 40 years,the introduction of market mechanism has greatly stimulated the vitality of social productivity and promoted the rapid growth of the national economy.At the same time,it has also formed a severe reform of the traditional management system situation.In the economic sense,the core of the socialist market economy reform is to handle the relationship between the government and the market.However,from a broader perspective and a deeper level,it is the only way to develop the rule of law and the use of the rule of law.History has proved that a regulated market economy must be a rule of law economy.Without the rule of law,the market economy cannot develop healthily and sustainably.As far as the situation in our country is concerned,the advancement of the rule of law has always promoted the prosperity of the social economy,and several problems still existing in the economic field are closely related to the imperfect rule of law.Therefore,how to explore a path of socialist rule of law economic development suitable for China's national conditions has become a long-term thinking and in-depth study of reform decision makers and theoretical workers in related disciplines.The practice exploration of the rule of law economy and the ideological evolution of the rule of law economy are two aspects that are both different and interconnected,and the latter has an important leading role in promoting the former.Obviously,it is of certain academic value and practical demand to make a review and analysis of the ideological history of contemporary China's rule of law economy.This paper is divided into three parts,a total of six chapters.The first part is the introduction,the first chapter.It mainly introduces the background and practical significance of the topic selection;the concept and definition of "rule of law economy";the process and review of research;the research method;the structure of the thesis;and the innovation and deficiency of the thesis.The second part is the main body,including chapter two,chapter three,chapter four and chapter five.Chapter two: The forerunners of China's rule of law economy in the process of marketization.Although the Chinese rule of law economic thought was gradually formed and enriched after the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party,from the perspective of the history of economic thought,it is a kind of thought and theory during the transition period of China's economic modernization.The result is essentially the inheritance,reflection and innovation of relevant Chinese and foreign related data.There are two main types of prior ideological data analyzed in this chapter: first,the relevant theoretical explanations since the establishment of Western classical economics;second,the ancient Chinese intellectual heritage and the reflection of modern scholars.Chapter three: The idea of China's rule of law economy is leading in the process of marketization.Taking time as the main line,This paper systematically summarizes the discussion of the rule of law economics by the party leaders since the reform and opening up,and highlights the important ideological contributions of the rule of law economy to the construction of the rule of law economy in China through the relevant expositions put forward by Deng Xiaoping,Hu Yaobang,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping in different periods.Combining the important documents of the party and the country over the past 40 years,it highlights the valuable experience and historical achievements of the Communist Party of China in leading the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and promoting the development of China's rule of law economy.Chapter four: Theoretical exploration of China's rule of law economy in the process of marketization.This chapter mainly reviews and sorts out the theoretical achievements of China's academic circles in the rule of law economy since the reform and opening up,focusing on the evaluation of representative theoretical ideas of Du Runsheng,Wu Jinglian,Jiang Ping,Qian Yingyi and others.Their research involves the basic connotation of the rule of law economy,the necessary and sufficient conditions for realizing the rule of law economy,how to promote the construction of the rule of law economy,how to solve the problems in the process of promoting the rule of law economy,etc.Their arguments reflect the theoretical study of the rule of law economy in China.Exploring the process and academic level.Chapter five: The practice and thinking of China's rule of law economy in the process of marketization.This chapter examines the advancement of market-oriented China's rule of law economy from a practical perspective,and makes a number of theoretical and ideological analysis.These investigations include economic aspects and legal aspects.The former,such as the administrative intervention on the economic operation,the widening gap between the rich and the poor,the failure of the market price mechanism,the delay in the reform of the fiscal and taxation system,the slowdown in the transformation of government functions,etc.The implementation of the And many more.In this regard,this paper chooses the implementation of the "labor contract law" and real estate regulation and other cases to carry out analysis,intended to dissect the sparrow,see the big by the small.Obviously,only when progress is made on major theoretical issues,the institutional construction and policy implementation of the rule of law economy can be promoted more smoothly.In addition,we need to come up with new ideas and measures to change people's traditional concepts and strengthen law enforcement.However,despite a long way to go,advancing the rule of law economy is the only way for China to prosper in the future.Among them,the enrichment and deepening of the rule of law economics shoulders an important historical mission.
