confrontation exist between unhealthy thoughts and mainstream thoughts,multi-values impacts on the ideology of grassroots cadres,the effective investment in rural cultural and educational construction funds is insufficient,and the rural cadres don't pay attention to improving the quality.The main problem of rural cadres' political identity education is that education subject lacking of effective way of education,disjunction between education theory and practice,imperfect assessment mechanism work lead to the imbalance of work mentality and delicate egoism impacting on the formation of the correct values,and so on.Since 18 th National Congress of the CPC,new changes have taken place in the education of political identity of rural cadres,so as to enhance the political identity of rural cadres.The main measures for the political education identity of rural cadres have been taken as follows:building an education content system including such as carrying out a series of thematic education,party history education,party building education,and improving the effectiveness of education through consolidating party school education system,strengthening the educational function of the county and township theoretical learning center group,and implementing educational exchange strategies,improving the education support mechanism through strengthening institution building,increased the fund investment,and strengthened the rural culture platform construction.Although there are great changes,there is still a big gap with the standard,especially the promotion and integration of educational elements is an important aspect.To improve the effectiveness of the education of political identity of rural cadres,the problems of "why","what","how" and "to what extent" must be solved.In view of the existing problems and the measures,implementation of the rural cadres education need to follow the rules of the principles and political identity : the education of political identity of rural cadres is to implement rural vitalization strategy,the construction of the main education body is the key element to promote the development of the education of political identity of rural cadres,the education of political identity of rural cadres should pay attention to their aptitude,the education of political identity of rural cadres should be based on enhancing self-identity,the education of political identity of rural cadres should insist to integrate the education of political identity with improving the mechanism of rewards and punishments.The innovation
