Rural grass-roots cadres are the last mile to connect with the party and the masses.They are an important subject in the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.They play an important role in smoothly promoting the all-round revitalization of the countryside.The level of policy implementation and the quality of work style of rural grass-roots cadres have a direct impact on the flesh and blood relationship between the party and the people.Therefore,in the context of rural revitalization,it is of great practical significance to continuously strengthen the education and training of rural grass-roots cadres,effectively improve their theoretical level and continuously enhance their working ability.This paper introduces the main methods and achievements in the education and training of rural grass-roots cadres in L City;Then it analyzes the problems existing in the education and training of rural grass-roots cadres,such as the low matching between training demand and supply,the insufficient application of diversified teaching methods,and the weak awareness of autonomous learning of some grass-roots cadres;The reasons for these problems lie in the imperfect cadre education and training mechanism,the failure to establish a perfect cadre training system and the lax requirements for autonomous learning of some grass-roots cadres.Finally,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures on how to further improve the education and training of grass-roots cadres in L City under the background of rural revitalization.First,continuously improve the cadre education and training mechanism through training demand investigation,The second is to promote the systematic construction of education and training of rural grass-roots cadres in the whole chain,and the third is to further strengthen the awareness and ability of autonomous learning of rural grass-roots cadres.Talent revitalization is the decisive factor for Rural Revitalization.Rural grass-roots cadres are the most important group of talents to stay in rural areas.We should do a good job in the education and training of rural grass-roots cadres,so that rural grass-roots cadres can grow and play a greater positive role.Therefore,this paper uses the method of combining empirical research and theoretical research to scientifically find the problems existing in the training of rural grass-roots cadres;Focus on the purpose of improving the actual effect of training,find the causes of problems and implement countermeasures for symptoms;Lay a good foundation for better providing the education and training mechanism,content and methods of rural grass-roots cadres under the background of rural revitalization,so as to provide solid talent guarantee and intellectual support for the full implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
