Labor relations are an important part of production relations and one of the most basic and important social relations.Whether the labor relationship is harmonious or not is related to the vital interests of employees and enterprises,as well as economic development and social harmony.As a working-class political party,the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to labor relations since its establishment,from organizing and launching the workers' movement to establishing proletarian political power,from establishing the basic socialist economic system to issuing a complete set of laws,regulations and policies and measures on labor relations,such as labor employment,wage distribution,labor insurance,social welfare and trade union system,It has made extensive and in-depth theoretical and practical exploration on the coordination of labor relations for nearly a century.The 18 th CPC National Congress marks the entry of a new era in the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The main social contradictions have been transformed into the contradiction between the people's growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and insufficient development.Among them,the development of labor relations,as an important social relationship,needs to constantly resolve the contradictions and conflicts in the labor field and strive to build harmonious and stable labor relations.In this context,reviewing and combing the CPC's theoretical and practical exploration of harmonious labor relations in recent100 years,analyzing the basic experience and existing problems in the exploration process,and putting forward the principles,objectives and Countermeasures of further improving harmonious labor relations with Chinese characteristics are not only the need in the future,but also the urgent task.Based on the relevant concepts and theories of harmonious labor relations,this thesis first analyzes the internal logic of the Communist Party of China in building harmonious labor relations,and shows the internal necessity of the Communist Party of China in building harmonious labor relations from three aspects: theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic.On the basis of logical analysis and guided by solving practical problems,it analyzes the development and changes of the CPC in building harmonious labor relations in practice,mainly including the implementation of specific principles and policies in different historical periods,the main achievements and basic experience.Based on practical exploration,this paper discusses the adjustment,improvement and innovation of the CPC in the theoretical level of harmonious labor relations,that is,the CPC's Sinicization exploration and theoretical innovation of Marxist labor relations theory.The practice and theoretical exploration of the Communist Party of China in building harmonious labor relations are facing new problems and challenges in the new era.Then,through case analysis,on the one hand,verifying the theoretical correctness of the Communist Party's construction of harmonious labor relations.On the other hand,exploring how trade unions play an important role in the construction of harmonious labor relations and make greater contributions to the realization of harmonious labor relations with Chinese characteristics.Finally,it puts forward the path and specific countermeasures for the Communist Party of China to build harmonious labor relations in the new historical period.The thesis draws the following conclusions: first,the CPC's construction of harmonious labor relations has its internal theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic.The CPC's "Two Vanguards" attribute,the strategic task of socialist harmonious society and the basic nature of harmonious labor relations with Chinese characteristics are its theoretical logic;The goal of the Communist Party of China is the highest goal of building harmonious labor relations.The principle of relying on the working class wholeheartedly is the basic principle of building harmonious labor relations.Safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers through trade union organizations is an important means of building harmonious labor relations and its historical logic;Promoting the development of enterprises and economy,safeguarding the rights and interests of employees and consolidating the ruling position of the party are its practical logic;Second,the practical exploration of the Communist Party of China in building harmonious labor relations has experienced four stages: the new democratic revolution period of "benefiting both labor and capital",the socialist revolution period of adjusting labor and capital relations,the socialist construction period of establishing labor relations system and the reform and opening-up period of building harmonious labor relations.Practice and exploration have achieved many results,such as the protection of employees' rights and interests,the gradual improvement of the coordination mechanism of labor relations,and formed the basic experience of socialist labor relations with Chinese characteristics,such as the core concept of the party's leadership,the main body of trade unions,multi-party participation,the core concept of labor capital harmony,and consultation and coordination as the main means.Third,the construction of harmonious labor relations by the Communist Party of China is the Sinicization of Marxist labor relations theory.From the guiding ideology,objectives,tasks and working principles to the macro,meso,micro and operational levels,it has formed a theoretical innovation of harmonious labor relations in line with the national conditions of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Fourth,affected by the changes of ownership structure and the reform of distribution system,the downward pressure of economy and Sino US economic and trade frictions,there are still some problems in the construction of harmonious labor relations in China.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the basic path of taking co construction and sharing as the principle,mutual benefit and win-win as the goal,the way of rule of law as the starting point and style construction as the guarantee,as well as the policy system,laws and regulations to improve harmonious labor relations Third party mechanism and other specific strategies.
