Labor relations are very important in society relations. Labor relations is the major form of social development and progress. With the adjustment of social transformation,economic transition and interest structure, our country’s social and economic composition, employment way, distribution form and interest relations become complex and diverse. Labor relations changes have taken place, with the characteristics of marketization, legal system and internationalization. Whether labor relations are harmonious, It influences the vital interests of workers and the enterprise. Harmonious labor relations is a sign of social civilization progress, is the foundation of social harmony and stability. In China the current overall labor relations are harmonious and stable, but there are also many contradictions of labor relations, such as: the high incidence of labor dispute cases, non-standard recruitment, wage arrears for migrant rural workers, collective shutdown,mass incidents, and so on. If not properly deal with the contradiction of labor relation dispute is not properly dealt with, the harmony and stability of society and economy development will be affected.The labor union is the product of labor relations contradiction. Representing and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the masses of workers is the important responsibility of the trade unions. The union responsibility is building harmonious labor relations. Yunnan finance and trade unions is a industry labor union, covering finance, food, tourism, supply and marketing, and so on. Studying the labor relations, finding out problems, propose solutions of Yunnan finance and trade unions, are in order to build a standard, fair and reasonable, mutual benefit and win-win, harmony and stability of the socialist new labor relations.This paper is based on the labor relationship, the harmonious labor relations and union of concepts and theories. It combs the change of labor relations in China: befor the founding of PRC, under the planned economy, period of transition and under the market economy of Chinese characteristics of labor relations, The current problem of labor relationship in our country, It analyses the current situation, problems and reasons of labor relationship in China,Yunnan province and Yunnan finance and trade union. Finally finding out the measures to build a harmonious labor relations in Yunnan finance and trade unions.
