Career maturity is an important index to evaluate the degree of an individual's career development,which is used to reflect the degree of an individual's career development tasks in accordance with his career development stage.The higher vocational maturity,the easier it is for individuals to make suitable career choices,and correspondingly,the more conducive to individual career success.Vocational maturity is reflected in the process and content of individual career selection.In the process of career selection,it includes individual professional ability and individual professional attitude.Police is a particularity of strong,high professional requirements as the occupation,the judicial police officer college students as a preparation,officer of the judicial administrative work is in the midst of the professional try late period and transition period(18 to 24 years of age),during the university through the career goals determine,professional information collection,the construction of professional confidence,career compromise to accept the trade-off between selection and career values,professional reference,To prepare for the career choice and development in the later stage,the development level of their career maturity has a very important impact on the future police work.Starting from the particularity of the occupation field,this study selected a total of 1200 students from 4 judicial police colleges and universities in China as the research objects,compiled the Vocational Maturity Questionnaire of Judicial Police College Students,and adopted multi-level regression analysis and other methods.This paper discusses the structural dimension,current situation,influencing factors and the mechanism between each factor of the vocational maturity of students in judicial police colleges,so as to provide targeted training strategies for improving the vocational maturity of students in judicial police colleges.The main research results are as follows :(1)the career maturity questionnaire of judicial police college students compiled by ourselves includes two dimensions,attitude and ability,and the attitude dimension contains three factors,namely certainty,initiative and compromise;The ability dimension contains four factors,which are police experience,physical and mental quality,police awareness and environmental adaptation.The questionnaire has good reliability and validity and conforms to the standard of psychometrics.It can be used as a tool to evaluate the career maturity of judicial police college students.(2)The career maturity of judicial police college students is generally at the medium level;(3)The vocational maturity of students in judicial police colleges increased with the increase of grade;(4)The gender difference of vocational maturity of judicial police college students is significant,and the level of vocational maturity of male students is significantly higher than that of female students;(5)There are significant differences in the vocational maturity of judicial police college students at different educational levels,and the vocational maturity level of undergraduates is significantly higher than that of junior college students.(6)There are significant differences in the professional nature of career maturity of students from judicial police academies.The vocational maturity level of students from police-related majors is significantly higher than that of students from non-police-related majors.(7)Achievement motivation plays a mediating role in the influence of career possible self of judicial police college students on career maturity,that is,career possible self of judicial police college students affects career maturity level through achievement motivation;(8)Professional identity plays a mediating role in the influence of professional identity of judicial police college students on vocational maturity,that is,professional identity of judicial police college students affects the level of vocational maturity through the degree of identity of police career;(9)family functioning in the judicial police officer college students career may self,achievement motivation,the police professional identity for professional maturity in regulating role in the process,the influence of the different levels of family function for the judicial police officer college students career may self through the achievement motivation and career identity affect career maturity level in different degree;(10)The "dual-teacher" teaching ability of judicial police college teachers plays a cross-layer moderating role in the influence of students' career possibility self,achievement motivation,police professional identity and family function on career maturity.According to the results of this study,the cultivation strategies to improve the vocational maturity of judicial police college students are as follows: one is to improve the level of judicial police vocational education to promote the vocational competitiveness of students;Second,the construction of high-quality "double professional" judicial police professional education teacher team;The third is to construct the core value system of judicial police college students to enhance police professional identity;The fourth is to effectively intervene in the achievement motivation of judicial police college students to improve professional self-efficacy;Fifth,give full play to family functions to cultivate professional maturity of judicial police college students.
