Since the popularization of higher education started in an all-round way,the scale of higher education has been continuously expanded,the discipline of public administration in agricultural colleges and universities has achieved rapid development,and the number of graduate students trained has been increasing.With the deepening of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in the new era,the rural social public service system is becoming increasingly perfect,and the cultivation of high-quality rural public management talents is receiving more and more attention.At the same time,postgraduate students of public administration in agricultural colleges and universities are also facing employment pressure.Due to lack of professional knowledge and understanding of career development,there are deviations in future career choice.On the basis of in-depth research,this study selected 7 agricultural universities public management discipline,358 master's graduate students as the research object,to the agricultural college of public management discipline of master graduate student professional identity and career decision-making correlation system studies,research analysis of agricultural university public management discipline of master graduate student professional identity and the overall situation of career decision-making,the related influence factors,explore the correlation between professional identity and career decision-making and the professional identity of the specific effects of career decision-making.After an in-depth systematic analysis of relevant indicators,the following conclusions are drawn in this study:(1)agricultural college of public management discipline of postgraduate professional identity by professional cognition,professional emotion,professional behavior and professional evaluation,the influence of the regression coefficient of the highest professional cognition,namely professional cognition to the highest degree in the influence of professional identity,followed by the professional behavior and the corresponding professional emotion,the last is the professional evaluation.(2)the career decision making of postgraduates of public administration in agricultural colleges and universities is influenced by full preparation,firm attitude,sufficient self-information,sufficient information in the decision-making process,diverse ways of obtaining information,and peaceful attitude.Among them,sufficient self-information has the highest influence,followed by adequate preparation,sufficient information in the decision-making process and diverse ways of obtaining information,and finally,firmness and evenness of attitude.(3)there is a significant positive correlation between professional identity of postgraduates of public administration in agricultural colleges and universities and career decision making.The improvement of professional identity of postgraduates of public administration in agricultural colleges and universities will improve career decision making.(4)statistical data analysis shows that professional cognition has the highest influence on career decision making,followed by professional behavior and professional emotion,and finally professional evaluation.The relevant regression coefficients are 0.341,0.273,0.206 and 0.149,respectively.Combined with the above research conclusions,this study further puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions from the perspectives of strengthening professional cognition and enhancing professional emotion,focusing on improving the professional identity level of postgraduates of public administration in agricultural colleges and universities and improving career decision-making.
