This paper mainly researched some issues in light of the starting technique of lower limb of Chinese men's tennis players through the methods of expert interview,video analysis,testing and empirical research,which was in an attempt to select the optimal starting technique,to analysis the relation between the time of starting and physical factors affecting the time of starting and to determine the key physical factor and its training.Results:1)When attacking by using forehand and backhand,Pivot step took the lead.When defensing by using forehand and backhand,Gravity step was the mostly adopted technique.When stalemated by using forehand and backhand,Side step was the mostly adopted technique.The difference between the number of Jab step and False step took in active starting and passive starting was significant.2)There was distinct difference among each lateral starting technique in the time of starting,short sprints and the sum of the two.There was significant difference in the starting time and 2.5 m sprint time as well as the total time of 2.5 m and 5 m sprint between Jab step and False step.3)Apparent difference occurred in the pushing off time,the displacement of center of gravity,the velocity of center of gravity,the second vertical peak force of non-pushing leg,the second horizontal peak force of non-pushing leg of two direction and second horizontal peak force of the pushing leg of right side between Pivot step and Gravity step during the lateral starting.Significant difference existed as well,in the the pushing off time,the starting time,the displacement of center of gravity,the velocity of center of gravity,the second vertical peak force of non-pushing leg,the second horizontal peak force of non-pushing leg,the total vertical impulse,the total horizontal impulse between Jab step and False step.4)In the regression equation among the lateral&forward starting,short sprints time and the related physical ability,the R2 of the single-leg drop jump were 0.371?0.438,0.271?0.277 respectively.5)After 4-week training intervention and detraining,there was significant difference in the starting time,2.5m sprint time and their total time of the inter-group,intra-group and the interaction effect between the experimental group and control group.There was significant difference in the starting time,2.5m sprint time and their total time of intra-group and the interaction effect between the experimental group and control group.Conclusion:1)The Pivot step,Gravity step,Side step and Side jab step were mainly adopted in the lateral starting technique of the elite men's tennis players in the world,while Jab step and False step adopted in the forward technique.Tennis players under the different conditions would adopt different starting techniques in the alternating of attack and defense.2)In the lateral moving,Pivot step'starting time and 2.5 m sprint time were the shortest.when moving forward,False step 'starting time and 2.5m sprint time were shortest.3)Pivot step was concise,and its distance of center of gravity was longer,the center of gravity speed was faster,it could keep this advantage during the following sprint.The retreat action of F could make the displacement of the center of gravity increase,and this technique could use stretch-short cycle effectively,eventually producing larger impulse and faster velocity of the center of mass,and maybe it could keep this advantage during the following sprint.4)Single-leg reactive strength had a relative higher correlation with the time of the starting,and it was the key factor affecting the starting performance.Single-leg deep jump,single-leg dynamic balance and double-leg CMJ were essential index of predicting starting time and the total time of starting and short distance sprint.5)After 4-week one leg hurdle training and 3-week detraining,the performance of starting and sprint,and related quality was superior to two legs hurdle training,or one leg hurdle training had the trend of advantage as the above said.
