Modern volleyball is based on diversified and scientific training concepts,integrating them into one throughout the entire training process,so that the athletes’ training produces quantitative changes to qualitative changes.In a high-level volleyball game,you can take advantage of space to take the initiative,shift the focus of the two sides to the Internet,and then use the advantage of high altitude to defeat the opponent.When the two sides confront each other in a fierce offensive and defensive transition,as long as they have an advantage on the Internet,it is equivalent to taking control of the game.Nowadays,the pace of volleyball matches is getting faster and faster,players’ skills are becoming more and more comprehensive,and team skills and tactics are becoming more and more varied.Naturally,the requirements for athletes are getting higher and higher.In volleyball events,athletes are required to have comprehensive physical fitness,comprehensive skills and tactics,and super-level jumping ability.Athletes possessing these is equivalent to mastering the key to victory.Based on the characteristics of volleyball events,people’s pursuit of volleyball players’ bounce ability has not changed over the years.In a volleyball game,the athlete’s jumping ability has the characteristics of randomness and diversity.A good jumping ability is a prerequisite for the full use of techniques such as jumping serve,blocking,and smashing.From a certain level,the jumping ability is to win the game.the key of.When looking up the literature,it was found that coaching teams at home and abroad are constantly improving the training methods of jumping ability,making the growth of jumping ability more efficient and effective,and achieved very good results,and plyometric training is an effective training for jumping ability method.This research conducts an experimental study on the jumping ability of the young men’s volleyball players in Guangdong Province.The main research methods include literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method and experimental method.Then,according to the characteristics of the plyometric training and the characteristics of the Guangdong Provincial Young Men’s Volleyball Players,an experimental plan was developed,and the bounce ability of the Guangdong Provincial Young Men’s Volleyball Players before and after the experiment was systematically tested and scientifically compared and analyzed.According to the requirements of the experiment,the subjects were selected,and the screened persons were divided into two groups.The group that received plyometric training was called the experimental group,and the group that received the original training method was called the control group.The two groups used different training methods to conduct an 8-week experiment,and the experiment was divided into three phases within 8 weeks.After the experiment is over,test the data of each index(5 items)of the experimental group and the control group.Then use sports statistics to compare the data obtained before and after the experiment,compare the relationship between the two sets of experiments,and the effect of the two training methods on the jumping ability.Through the analysis of the data,the following conclusions can be drawn:1After 8 weeks of experiment,the experimental group’s pre-test and post-test results of the five index tests of vertical jump,three-step approach,standing long jump,block height,and maximum strength/squat were obvious.Improve,there is a significant difference.In the control group,these five indicators have also increased compared to before the experiment,but through detailed comparison of the two sets of data,the experimental group’s data has improved more significantly.2After eight weeks of the experiment,the data got from the experimental group and control group before and after the experiment,you can see that each index of two groups of experimental tests have improved,but the indicators on the analysis of the data found that the experimental group after promotion effect is better,the experimental group is better than that of control group,also suggests a plyometric training than the original training effect is prominent.
