Plyometric training studies have shown that it can better improve athletic abilityto regulate nerve and muscle contraction forces, in order to improve the outbreak ofstrength athletes. In this study, plyometric training methods applied to young peoplein the long jump, explore appropriate training load intensity improvement effect onyoung Long Jumpers ability to carry out scientific and reasonable special training forcoaches and athletes to provide information and help.Thesis,16teenagers Men Jumpers main experiment. Were used plyometricstrength training and traditional strength training for a period of eight weeks of theexperiment, were tested quality indicators related to the movement before and afterthe experiment and analyze the changes in the indicators, the main conclusions are asfollows:(1) After eight weeks of plyometric training, at300°/s condition isokinetic testresults show that the athlete lower limb hip, knee flexion and extension muscle peaktorque of significant growth, the growth was compared with the control groupsignificant differences; CMJ performance was12.1%rate of increase, the rate ofincrease significantly, suggesting that plyometric training can effectively improve thejuvenile Men Jumpers lower limb explosive level.(2) After8weeks of plyometric training, athletes60m performance improvedsignificantly, and the ability of static balance and homeostasis have a significantimprovement, suggesting plyometrics to improve special speed and the ability toeffectively balance.(3) After8weeks of plyometric training, at60°/s condition isokinetic testresults show that the hip and knee flexion and extension muscle strength increasedslowly, show that plyometric strength training, the athlete maximum force, anddominant than other training methods; there was no significant difference between thescores of athletes sit and reach test and control groups, and are not significantlyincrease; show flexibility to improve the quality of the invalid.(4)8weeks of plyometric training can significantly improve the long jumpresults adolescent men long jump.
