In the winning rule and development process of volleyball,the absolute height of volleyball players has become the core element,especially in the men’s and women’s volleyball teams which have been in the forefront of the world for a long time,the absolute advantage has played a protective role in the ability of blocking and spiking.At the same time,on this basis,we should fully develop the quality of athletes’ jumping ability to devote ourselves to transforming the advantages of the net into the strength of the net.The enhancement of the strength of the blocking link will not only cause restrictive difficulties for the opponent’s attack,but also reduce certain pressure for our defense,it will present a high-quality pass,and create high-quality conditions for the strong attack based on the quality of jumping ability.In this paper,the research object is the influence of the plyometric training on the jumping ability of the volleyball students,14 men’s volleyball players of 2016 grade in the volleyball special class of Beijing Sport University are selected as the experimental objects.By using the methods of questionnaire and training experiment,the experimental intervention of the 8-week plyometric training methods are carried out,and the test results of six kinds of jumping ability related indexes of different natures are tested through comparative analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The plyometric training program can effectively improve the test results of volleyball students’ in-situ,run-up and continuous jumping ability,which shows that the design and arrangement of the training program is reasonable.2.The plyometric training can improve the joint muscle linkage and make the movement coordinated effectively;the design of the variable direction movement can improve the body regulation ability under the unstable state;the combination of single leg,step and vertical jump can increase the consistency of the movement and the stability when the direction changes.3.The plyometric training needle on the improvement of the single bounce quality is obvious,but in the ten consecutive touch height indexes,the resistance strength training is compared,which makes the developed bounce height show a decreasing trend,indicating that the endurance quality level is slightly lower and there is a disadvantage.4.According to the experimental training results,the resistance strength training plays a basic role in the development of jumping ability,while the plyometric training is to make up and improve on the basis of strength,so as to achieve the purpose of improving volleyball players’ stable competitive level in the competition.
