Research On The Teaching Quality Assurance System Of Physical Education Major From The Perspective Of Audit Evaluation

From the perspective of Audit Evaluation,with management science,system science and education theory as the foundation,the research focus on the Teaching Quality Assurance System of Physical Education major.The study in order to satisfy the demands of students and employers and other stakeholders,and given priority to how to structure Teaching Quality Assurance System of Physical Education major.The paper guided as the elements and structure of the system constitute the whole structure arranged in order,and how to guarantee the implementation and so on.With "why assurance-what assurance-how assurance-how implement-how effect”as the logical mainline,The research using questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,system analysis and other research methods build the Teaching Quality Assurance System.It satisfies the requirement of Audit Evaluation and have the characteristics of Physical Education major.The system provide operational scheme for smoothly passed Audit Evaluation.And provided a reference for constructing Teaching Quality Assurance System to Physical Education major and other major.Currently,Research that colleges commonly applied Teaching Quality Assurance System of school level to all the majors,not recognizing the difference between the school level and major level,and ignoring teaching quality assurance of major level.Now,Physical Education major existing many questions at teaching quality assurance,such as incomplete assurance content,insufficient assurance personnel,unsound assurance administration,lack of feedback to improve link problems and so forth.It is an urgant problem to built Teaching Quality Assurance System of Physical Education major.Teaching Quality Assurance System of Physical Education major includes six sub-systems,there are organization management,positioning target,students and stakeholders,faculty,cultivation process,measurement analysis and improvement.Organization management sub-system provide institution,personnel,management system and culture for teaching quality assurance.Positioning target sub-system provided a reference basis for formulate scientifically major orientation,major training objective and major training specifications.Students and stakeholders sub-system devoted to improve the satisfaction of all stakeholders by setting up communication channels and using a variety of tools.Faculty sub-system provide teachers assurance method for teaching quality assurance.Cultivation process sub-system made great efforts to optimizing training process from "learning center process" and "key support process".Measurement analysis and improvement sub-system including quality control,performance measurement,quality analysis,quality improvement and information management."Assurance method" is carrying out specific research for the elements in the system about teaching quality of Physical Education major,clearing the specific content and formulation basis,and setting up reasonable organization,management system,goal,specifications,curriculum and resource etc.for teaching quality guarantee.Following the logical thinking from big to small,macroscopic to microcosmic,complete system to specific process,"Assurance implement"will together with all the elements and processes to build three kinds of cycle among "operation mode of system","assurance implementation process" and "specific process improvement".It formed the systemic circulation,circulation and microcirculation about teaching quality assurance."Assurance effect"is analysed in the review of "five degrees"of Audit Evaluation.It is the trend of the shall be potential and also the most representative analysis basis.The research determining the key performance indicators and measurement indicators of "five degrees".And measureing the assurance effect use the combination way of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.
