College students' employment problem is still a hot topic in the state and society.It is still an urgent problem for college graduates to find a satisfactory and effective occupation efficiently.With the rise of social recruitment,social platform,having the characteristics of sociality,interactivity,personalized recommendation and so on,has recently risen to prominence in the field of employment and has developed rapidly.Social employment platform has great potential in reducing job uncertainty and improving the employment efficiency.In fact,although the social employment platform operators constantly improve the social service functions to attract job seekers,the user activity of these platforms is generally not high,and the platform function is not fully utilized.The related research also confirms that college students fail to make full use of social platforms.In view of this,in order to improve the effectiveness of college students' job seeking and effective management of social employment platform,this dissertation takes social employment platform as research object to conduct the whole research.It is organized following the view that the interactions between job seekers and platform,as well as the interactions between job seekers and other users of the platform are two important procedures when dealing with job-hunting issues from the perspective of social employment platform.This dissertation starts from the basic characteristics of college students'information behavior and extents to the effective use of social employment platform and the information interaction based on social employment platform.The main research content and conclusions are as follows:In Chapter 2,this paper adopts the method of in-depth interviews on college students to study the information behavior characteristics of the college students and 28 respondents are interviewed.It is found that college students' information demand presents the characteristics of dynamic change.Along with the job search process,the information demand is more clear,detailed and personalized,and social networks become the main information source,at the same time,hunting for information with the method of cross channel and cross platform has become normal.Moreover,the application of social employment platform also has its distinctive characteristics,such as the fortuitous way of being notified,the normality of cross platform use,the diversity in function being used in different types of platforms,etc.In Chapter 3,this paper discusses college students' use of the social employment platform from the perspective of effective use.The theory of effective use in the field of information system use is introduced in this paper.According to the representation theory,and based on the complex interactions among system,users,and task in system use,this paper assesses effective use of social employment platform from three dimensions of transparent interaction,faithful representation and informed action,and constructs the conceptual model of effective use.Then,it uses questionnaires and structural equation analysis to test and analyze the conceptual models.PLS-MGA group analysis is also used to analyze the impact of the demographic differences of college students and the differences of platform types on the model.The results show that the three dimensions of effective use can fully assess the behavior of effective use,and the faithful representation and informed action have direct effect on task performance,while transparent interaction only has indirect effect on task performance.It is also found that demographic differences of college students and differences of platform types have more or less influence on each latent variable in the model.The conceptual model put forward in this study is universally applicable to all categories of student samples and all categories of platform samples.In Chapter 4,from the perspective of group interaction,this paper deeply analyzes the information interaction between job seekers and other users of social employment platform.It takes the forum of YingJieSheng site,the topic group of DaJie site,and the Q&A community of KanZhun site as the research object,in which the user interaction data is grabbed.Content analysis and social network analysis are used to analyze the interaction pattern and interaction structure among the platform users.The results show that,social employment platform lacks active users and core users,and the users' utilitarian purpose is quite obvious.Instead of social emotional interaction,platform users interact to each other mainly for sharing and seeking job-related information/resources,and in addition to the information types of fact,advice and opinion,they also exchange the information types of personal experience,social networks,referral and tangible support.Moreover,the interaction pattern differs on different platforms.The findings of this dissertation contribute to relate fields are as follows:(1)The construction and empirical research of the effective use theoretical model of social employment platfor,not only supports the practicability of effective use theory,but also provides a reference for the effective use research in other areas.The measurement scale of effective use also provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation of the effectiveness of social employment platform.(2)The research of user interaction in social employment platform fully explores the interaction pattern between job seekers and other users of the platform.The analysis framework of group interaction in job-hunting area also provides a theoretical basis for further research on group interaction in this field.This dissertation studies the information behavior rule of college students,as well as the difference of information behavior between different social employment platforms.The findings not only help student applicants choose the appropriate social platform for job-hunting,but also can help social employment platform operators understand the behavioral characteristics of job seekers,encouraging them to take corresponding technical and management measures to improve the user experience.In this sense,this research has practical significance on promoting the development of social employment platform.
