Research On The Competition Risk Management Of Chinese Rhythmic Gymnasts

The 2017-2020 Rhythmic Gymnastics International Code of Points further emphasizes the athletes' stable technical play,and judgment entirely depends on the beauty and texture of the competitive performance.However,due to the disorderly involvement of various factors that affect the competitive performance,the initial stability of the competitive ability is disrupted,resulting in unpredictable changes in the process and results.At present,rhythmic gymnastics coaches,athletes and their teams have a risk sense,but there are still insufficient understanding and reaction to the complex competition problems.In order to promote the preparation and participation competition to be more comprehensive and targeted,this research adopts the paradigm of risk management.Based on the literature data method,expert survey method,field investigation method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,and analysis through mathematical statistics and specific tools for risk analysis,the following conclusions are obtained:1.Competition risk of rhythmic gymnastics refers to the possibility,that is there are uncertain factors which affect the performance of the athletes and lead to differences between the athlete's performance and subjective expectation.It has five characteristics,the necessity of existence,the uncertainty of occurrence,the seriousness of loss,the association of the formation and the controllability of the result.Risk management must specially follow the three principles,comprehensive and thorough,prevention-oriented and timely feedback.2.Select the constitutive factors of sports competition as the risk system for rhythmic gymnasts.The risk source system consists of 3 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators,and 42 third-level indicators.With the help of the risk source system,96 competition risk factors are identified.3.When estimating the types of competition risk factors,there is no significant difference between individual and group athletes of different level,only two significant differences between individual and group item,and eight significant differences between coaches and athletes.Therefore,separately evaluate the types of competition risk factors for the two groups of coaches and athletes.4.When evaluating the types of competition risk factors,combining weights and risk amount,and using the risk matrix chart,the results show that there are 13 highlevel,7 medium-level and 17 low-level of same risks for coaches and athletes,and there are 5 risk factor categories are respectively medium-level and low-level for coaches and athletes.When evaluating the competition risk factors,using K-means clustering analysis,the results show that there are 16 high-level,26 medium-level,and 5 lowlevel of same risks,and 19 and 11 high-level,30 and 18 medium-level,0 and 20 lowlevel of difference risks for coaches and athletes.The evaluation results show that coaches have a stronger risk sense,and the lack of communication between coaches and athletes causes competition risks.5.Taking the risk evaluation of the athletes as the main,and supplementing the risk evaluation of the coaches,the results show that there are 38 high-level,41 mediumlevel and 17 low-level.Adopt feedback control,program control,pre-control and random control to deal with the competition risk,and combine them to form a mode control according to the time sequence.And feedback control is the most basic control method among them.6.Feedback control is reflected in the coordination of the rhythmic gymnastics compound coach team and the communication between the coach and athlete,program control includes the competition operation plan and response plan,pre-control starts from the psychological,technical,and physical training;random control is achieved by cultivating athletes' sports intelligence.7.According to the competition timeline of rhythmic gymnastics,based on control methods,formulate the risk management plan,and refine the implementation plan.The risk management plan covers that before competition,formulating competition goals,improving team communication,regulating the competition state,collecting intelligence information,designing simulated training,and formulating competition plans;during competition,coach's main control and athlete's self-control.Moreover,the four dimensions of implementation plan,which are respectively the scientific,comprehensive,professional,and operable,have all been highly approved by the coaches of the national and provincial teams of rhythmic gymnastics.
