Research On Risk Identification And Evaluation Of Infant Gymnastics Training

The purpose of this study is to introduce the modern risk theory,construct the risk identification and evaluation system of infant gymnastics training,help the teachers and managers block the source of risk,eliminate and suppress the risk factors.This study can summarize and sort out the risk factors in infant gymnastics training,which can serve as an important reference basis in the future,find out the weak links in infant gymnastics training more accurately,provide guarantee for the future development of infant gymnastics training,and have important theoretical significance for promoting the sustainable development of infant gymnastics training.It is conducive to the comprehensive risk management of children’s gymnastics,to avoid the occurrence of injury accidents caused by some potential risk factors before the occurrence of risks,so as to achieve the purpose of protecting children’s physical and mental health and safety and to help training and teachers institutions improve their ability to cope with risks after the occurrence of risks,which has important practical significance.This study mainly uses the methods of literature,Delphi,expert interviews,and mathematical statistics.First of all,through literature expert interviews and review,risks the sources of are widely collected,and through Delphi method screening,the result of this study is to summarize and sort out the first,second and third level indicators of the risk of infant gymnastics training,and use the list sorting method to evaluate the risk amount of each indicator for quantification and ranking,use Pareto method to summarize the main risk factors,and put forward countermeasures against the risk.Finally,the following conclusions are obtained.1.The risk factors of infant gymnastics training are teachers,training institutions and infants.2.The main risk factors causing the risk of children’s gymnastics training are found out by using the list sorting method and Pareto diagram.The main risks of teacher factors are ranked from the largest to the smallest according to the average risk,which are in order: safety cognitive factors,psychological factors,teaching factors,and pre-class preparation factors.The main risks of the training organization factors are ranked from the largest to the smallest according to the average risk amount,and the order is: site and equipment factors,and management factors.The main risks of infant factors are ranked from the largest to the smallest according to the average risk amount,and the order is:safety awareness factor,sports skill factor,and physical and mental factor.3.The risk response of infant gymnastics training includes risk prevention and risk transfer.In terms of risk prevention teachers strengthen the theoretical knowledge of safety education,improve the ability to protect and help,and improve the ability to deal with emergencies.In terms of training s,strengthen the safety inspection of equipment,strengthen the safety management of facilities and improve medical supervision.For young children,strengthen safety education for young children,and always abide by rules and disciplines in training.Risk transfer refers to the transfer of risks to insurance companies,so that the insurance industry can serve the education industry.
