In this study, security issues in high school P.E classes were analyzed, and advices on risk prevention were presented. Literature review, questionnaire, expert interviews, observation and mathematical statistics methods were used in order to research the security issues, characteristics and risk factors in high school P.E classes. Combined with modern risk management theory, we proposed to access the methods to study the high schools’ physical education classes risk issues, to find risk identification methods, to cope with strategies for physical education teachers in injury accident prevention with the help of management and operation. In this paper, we extract physical education teachers in some high schools to conduct a survey of teachers and principals, and some expert interviews at the same time. Conclusions are as follows:1. The resources of security issues were complicated in high school P.E classes;2. Risks could be there in the three parts of physical education classes in high school, which were the preparation part, the basic part and the end of class. Risks in the preparation part came from equipment to prepare middle school PE teacher classroom organization activities, site preparation, prepare students to gather, the risk of four dimensions of students’warm-up activities.3.Classroom organization activities of Physical education teachers in middle schools risk has shown the characteristics of teachers mainly on the business level is not high, contrary to the teaching of teaching experience in risk; students mainly to lack of self-protection and the ability to regulate, the lack of prevention of sports injuries risk of common sense such as student behavior; school management part of the main aspects of performance management oversight activities, not strictly comply with the rules of safe student sports activities.Made the following recommendations for the conclusion:1. Physical education teachers can take the risk avoidance, risk reduction, risk transfer, risk retention and other coping strategies to deal with classroom organizational risk2. Risk management included in the professional physical education courses3. Relevant agencies and departments should establish mechanisms for crisis management of the school park and sports injuries early warning system...
