Since the beginning of time,human beings have had the training of the hidden force of gravity to survive.With the rapid development of productivity,there is explicit strength training for different purposes against external resistance.Among them,the development of skeletal muscle's output power ability is one of the important requirements of strength training.Strength training is the core of training,load arrangement is the primary factor of strength training,load dose refinement is undoubtedly important.How to allocate the accurate load dose to maximize the output power? It is a common problem in strength training practice.The optimal power load strength training can maximize the output power while giving consideration to velocity and force,effectively stimulate the body,and improve the output capacity of maximum power and the neuromuscular adaptability of skeletal muscles.The research on optimal power load strength training by international scholars is in full swing,while the related research in China is very few,and it mainly focuses on the literature review and output power collection,especially the research on the optimal power load strength training effect.Based on this,this paper systematically discusses the following contents: first,the theoretical basis of optimal power load strength training.By means of literature review and expert interview,the theoretical basis of the optimal power load strength training is analyzed from five aspects: concept,connotation,theoretical basis,physiological elements and training elements,so as to enrich the theoretical system of strength training and lay the foundation for the demonstration and application.Second,the empirical study of optimal power load strength training.By means of test method,experiment method and mathematical statistics method,the effect of the optimal power load strength training is demonstrated experimentally from three aspects: dynamics,performance and electromyography,so as to provide necessary data support for the theory and practice of the optimal power load strength training.Third,the optimal power load strength training practice application.The nonlinear regression model,BP neural network model and average velocity prediction method are constructed by mathematical modeling and statistics methods to provide ideas and methods for the rapid determination of optimal power load.Based on theoretical and empirical research,the optimal power load strength training equipment was developed to further promote the refinement,digitalization and scientization of strength training.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)Optimal power load strength training refers to the strength training under the external load corresponding to the maximum output power generated during the full-strength contraction of skeletal muscle.Physiological factors of optimal power load strength training include muscle fiber type,skeletal muscle structure,and unit recruitment.Training factors of optimal power load strength training include strength training form,training load,interval and window opening period.(2)The suitable load range for developing the maximum output power of half squat is 50% ? 90%1RM,and the suitable load range for the maximum output power of bench press throw is 50% ? 70%1RM.The optimal power load strength training can improve the maximum strength level as well as the basic sports ability of sprinting,jumping and throwing.The optimal power load strength training is better than the velocity-and strength-oriented training in improving the synchrony between the collecting units and the coordination muscles.(3)Three fast prediction methods of optimal power load are established,including average velocity prediction method,maximum force prediction method and BP neural network prediction method.Among them,the BP neural network prediction method has the highest prediction accuracy and intelligence degree,the average velocity prediction method is the most convenient to use,and the maximum force prediction method has the lowest equipment requirements.The optimal power load strength training equipment is developed,which can meet the demand of fine load arrangement,digitization of strength training and interconnection of equipment,meet the demand of strength training of the optimal power load strength,have certain safety and intelligence,and provide a good technical guarantee for scientific strength training.
