| As a skill-based field competitive sport,ice hockey has the characteristics of strong confrontation and fast games rhythm,which requires the athletes to have a solid strength and conditioning foundation and comprehensive physical quality.Professional ice hockey players are far away from the high frequency and strong competitive games during the off-season,which is the best period for develop of S&C level.This study takes the S&C training program of the Czech HC Rytíri Kladno in the off-season of 2019-2020 as the research object.The research method is based on the literature review and field observation,and summarizes the training characteristics of this stage.It provides practical reference for the off-season S&C training design of professional hockey players.The conclusions are as follows:1.The off-season S&C training of HC Rytíri Kladno use the block periodization mode,which is divided into three main training blocks:accumulaition block,transfer block and realization block.According to the development needs of special competitive ability,the transfer block is further divided into maximum strength block,power block and individual block.The goal of each training block is clear,and the structure design is connected with each other.2.The off-season S&C training of HC Rytíri Kladno is divided into neuromuscular training and energy supply system training.The main training goals are to improve the maximum strength,power,acceleration ability,direction changing ability of athletes,and the ability of ATP-CP system and oxidation energy supply system.3.The overall training load of HC Rytíri Kladno shows a load rhythm of first rising and then falling,and the smart wearable device monitors the exercise heart rate and resistance training speed,so as to realize the scientific arrangement of training load.4.The off-season S&C training of HC Rytíri Kladno is mainly based on repetitive training,interval training and continuous training methods.Compound training and enhanced training are adopted to improve the training quality of power.Realize the land-based special training of block design to prepare for the ice hockey training,and improve the specialized ratio of S&C training.5.Through the 13 weeks reasonable off-season training,the athletes significantly improved the maximum strength,power,acceleration ability and other special physical fitness. |
