| By making a detailed analysis on the cycle division in training,workload arrangement,means and measures,as well as the training effects of the physical training of Ba Yi junior tennis team during winter training,this thesis explored the rationality,scientificity and timeliness of the physical training during this winter training period,and thus gave reference to the physical training for junior tennis player of our country in the future.Research method:This research adopted the method of expert interview,testing,observation and investigation.To lay a solid research foundation,it retrieved,read and combed the relevant literatures.To better understand the rationality and scientificity of this training plan,it carried out interviews with physical training experts,coaches and athletes.To evaluate the training effects more scientifically,it had conducted physical fitness tests and made comparative analysis among 23 athletes before and after the winter training.To get a better idea about implementation of the physical training plan,it carried out on-the-spot observation of professional tennis youth team.The results showed that:(1)The 63-days winter training fell between 19th October 2020 and 20th December 2020 and was divided into three phrases as early stage,middle stage and later stage.(2)The focus of this winter training for Ba Yi junior tennis team was strength and anaerobic endurance training.(3)During the winter physical training of Ba Yi junior tennis team,the varieties of training volume presented an undulate change.However,there was a linear trend for the increase of training intensity.(4)The means and measures adopted by the physical training of Ba Yi junior tennis team during winter training period had successfully combined basic physical training and specialized physical power training.(5)After the winter training,the test results of right side medicine ball throwing,5-10-5 quick running,one minute push-ups and one minute sit up of young male athletes were significantly improved(P<0.05).(2)After the winter training,the test results of left side medicine ball throwing,right side medicine ball throwing,beep test endurance run,one minute push-ups and one minute sit up of young women athletes were significantly improved(P<0.05).Research conclusions:(1)Compared with excellent young athletes from other countries,athletes of Ba Yi junior tennis team were relatively weak in terms of speed,strength and aerobic endurance.(2)The winter physical training of Ba Yi junior tennis team had obviously improved the explosive force,sensitivity and stamina of the athletes,which was mainly reflected in the enhancement of performance in throwing distance,vertical jump height,starting braking and multi-level shuttle run etc.(3)The three-phrase training method,which focused on special intensive training,could well enhance the strength and special explosive force of young tennis athletes.(4)The interval training which better conformed to the energy supply characteristics of tennis sports could highly promote specific endurance of young tennis athletes.(5)The SAQ training method could boost the agility of young tennis athletes,and it worked better for male athletes.(6)Same training plan could produce different training effects between young male tennis athletes and young female tennis athletes. |
