The rapid development of information technology,such as artificial intelligence and 5g,contributes to the continuous deconstruction and remodeling of social knowledge system.As an important part of higher education system,college students' literacy needs and structure are facing new opportunities for change.Information literacy has become an important measure of College Students' social development under the background of technological change.The Prague declaration,Alexander declaration and other international out line documents highlight the era significance of information literacy,and incorporate information literacy into the systematic education plan,which undoubtedly highlights the important strategic position of information literacy in education personnel training.At present,the phenomenon of College Students' network discourse anomie and weak information security awareness is frequent,and their competence in coping with technological change is obviously insufficient.Therefore,this study attempts to explore the related issues of College Students' information literacy in the context of the information age.Referring to the information literacy standards of higher education launched by the United States and the European Union,this study agrees with the concept of information literacy as ability,and defines the information literacy of college students as the ability of information understanding,selection,application,evaluation,reflection and creation that college students should have in their development.From the perspective of context theory and learner characteristics theory,this study analyzes the actual situation,dilemma representation and educational support path of College Students' information literacy from two dimensions of personal factors and external environment.First of all,this study uses literature research,questionnaire survey,interview survey,education comparison,case study and other research methods to design and verify the measurement index system of College Students' information literacy.Nearly 2400 college students from 12 universities in six provinces of China's eastern,central and western regions were investigated by questionnaire,and then more than 60 university teachers,counselors,administrators and university teachers were investigated Students were interviewed in depth.Secondly,combined with the relevant dimensions of College Students' information literacy and education support,this study constructs the structural equation model between information literacy and education support,and puts forward the implementation concept of College Students' information literacy education support system,focusing on the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research,so as to make the two complement and verify each other when analyzing problems.The study found that the actual situation of college students' information literacy in China is that there is still a large space to improve the ability of information literacy,and the education effect is not significant.There are six specific aspects of the lack of ability,mainly including :college students are greatly affected by information,but their sense of standardization is weak;college students are highly dependent on information,but their ability to choose is weak;college students mainly obtain information through the network,but their ability to use tools is weak;the quality of information received by college students is uneven and the ability of evaluation and identification is weak;college students' consciousness of information reflection is not strong and their reflection behavior is less;college students' ability of information creation is insufficient and lack of initiative.The study found that,in terms of the status quo of information literacy,there is still a large space to improve the information literacy of college students in China,and the education effect is not significant.There dependent on information,but their ability to choose is weak;college students' information acquisition is mainly based on the network,but their ability to use tools The results show that college students are weak;the quality of information received by college students is uneven and the ability of evaluation and identification is weak;college students' consciousness of information reflection is not strong and their reflection behavior is less;college students' ability of information creation is insufficient and lack of initiative.In the aspect of influencing factors of information literacy,the researchers further analyzed and proposed two major influencing factors of education support: personal characteristics and external environment.Personal characteristics specifically refers to that information behavior is easily affected by personal characteristics,and is not easy to change due to the influence of university education;external environment includes university,network and society,and mainly faces the following practical problems: the influence of University on Information literacy of college students There are many problems,such as insufficient quality education,lack of professional teachers,imperfect corresponding education projects and measures,insufficient attention to the importance of information literacy education in the network environment,lack of systematic effectiveness evaluation system and mechanism,and the social environment has not formed a good atmosphere for college students' information literacy education.Based on the above findings,this paper concludes four real dilemmas of College Students' Information literacy Education: first,the lagging support concept of College Students' information literacy education;second,the lack of specialization of College Students' information literacy education;third,the lack of multiple subjects of College Students' information literacy education;Fourth,the lack of University supply of College Students' information literacy policy.Based on the current situation and problems,this study puts forward three principles of education support for college students' information literacy,which are "personalized and accurate principle of education mode","specialization and standardization principle of education environment","systematization and long-term principle of education environment".At the same time,starting from multiple subjects such as individual college students,university itself,government and society,this study follows the principle of micro information literacy Looking at the basic ideas of macro,external promotion to endogenous,generalization to specialty,single subject to whole education,this paper proposes to build a four in one college students' information literacy education support system with "endogenous as the core,University as the focus,network as the support,and the whole society's joint participation",and on this basis,conceives four implementation paths,so as to provide policy support for college students' information literacy education It also provides valuable reference for the innovation of management mechanism.
