Wang Fengxian(1928-2013),a native of Dalian,Liaoning Province,is an outstanding education theorist,moral education expert and well-known scholar since the founding of New China.To explore Wang Fengxian’s pedagogy thoughts,we should not only explore his educational thoughts,but also analyze the mechanism of his thoughts,so as to reach the ultimate goal of tracing back to the source.The generation of any educational thought has historical and social reality,and has its profound generating substrates and complex influencing factors.Applying the research paradigm of microhistoriography to the study of Wang Fengxian’s pedagogy thoughts,this paper explores the historical era in which he lived and the special stage of his own experience,and explores the evolution of Wang Fengxian’s thoughts in the process of constant baptism of thoughts.Starting from his pursuit of truth and exploring the reality of real knowledge,he landed on the core point of his life thought,from what is the thought of quality education to how to achieve it,which is exactly the quality education he described,and also the concrete form of the essence and law of education.According to Foucault’s knowledge archaeology,discourse is not only language,but a kind of discourse is a system of rules regulating the flow of power.Once formed,discourse provides a field for analysis,and this analysis is a central part of our self-knowledge.Discourses cross and relate to each other in a continuous interface.The constitution of the system of thought is as dualistic as the thought itself.Will do micro history review,this study will be hidden in the postmodernism personal growth experience,learning experience,work experience,his ideological change links described concrete event and experience,chasing a hackney-coach,presents the gathered into the fact of his education thought,to add increased leaf spectrum education ideology construction in our country,the rich,full,expand the grand historical narrative of the overall theoretical framework,and comprehensive research.Screening,sorting and analyzing the related data,on the basis of system analysis in its thought evolution history order,summarized the essence of its education idea,at the same time analysis the limitations of his education thought actually refers to a kind of deep mining knowledge,knowledge of the existing methods of further deconstruct ideology,not only to restore the words before the original state and,more to the formation of factors are screened and viewing,knock,touch,to recognize the face behind,in search of the source of the power struggle.Wang Fengxian’s worry is a positive,optimistic and rational educational theoretical thinking activity that scientifically reveals the rules of educational activities.Under the guidance of such thinking activity,it is inevitable to create a standardized education that conforms to it.The expression and generation of normative education under the guidance of scientific pedagogy thought should be able to answer the important issues of “the most satisfactory teaching” and “the best education”.Wang Fengxian stipulates that “the best education” is “high quality education” abbreviated as “excellent education”.Due to the complexity of educational objects,pedagogy may involve many disciplinary elements such as history,politics,geography,humanities,economy,psychology,etc.,which results in pedagogy becoming an interdisciplinary discipline with other disciplines,and the “boundary of pedagogy” also becomes very vague.Education in research objects and research question and huge challenge in nature,and can’t become the factors that hinder the pedagogy research and development,also cannot be used as an excuse to education scholars stagnation,may be it is because the unfinished hull,for the general pedagogy researchers left countless thinking and research of the space,postmodernism is one of the many scholars,nature of pedagogy explore and pursuit of pedagogy research motivation and flash point.Using the research method of microhistoriography,this study presents how Wang Fengxian’s pedagogy thought is finally presented in the context of historical development.The formation of individual thoughts is inevitably influenced by personal experience,which is the origin of thoughts,the condition background for the formation of thoughts,and the result of the game between the distribution of power between individuals and the society.The formation of thoughts inevitably reflects the discourse power of thinkers,and also reflects the position of their thoughts in the discourse power practice.Education thought formed in the cognitive world education thinker in mind,know from real life and the external world of intake,and landing on the focus on education thinker personal career,through the cognitive processing of individuals are engaged in,internal in the form of personal ideas,to organize and express it in some way,its purpose is to influence the education practice.Educational thought has the characteristics of sociality,historicity,foresight and inheritance.The educational thought helps people to recognize the achievement and malpractice in the educational work,and makes the educational work more successful.The formation of any educational thought is complicated,constructed in the process of interaction of various factors,and has the objectivity of its source and the subjectivity of its form.Wang Fengxian’s educational thought was born in the complex social background,in the process of the personal experience and the interaction of cultural thoughts with multiple sources.It showed distinct characteristics in different stages of development,but it always adhered to the same educational belief.Education is the only way to make people "human",the understanding of educational phenomenon,the examination of educational experience,can reveal the existence of the essence of education and the law of education,and make it possible for education to promote social development is the process of thought and teaching evolution that Wang Fengxian has been persisting in all his life.Discussions on education have involved the origin of education,the definition of education,education and political economy,education and social economic base and superstructure,education and human development and other aspects of the relationship.Starting from the way of seeking truth and exploring the reality of real knowledge,the author landed on the core point of his life thought,from how to think about the quality education and how to make it into teaching,which is exactly the quality education he described,and also the concrete form of the essence and law of education.Wang Fengxian’s reexamination of educational principles is mainly to identify the essence of education.Wang Fengxian’s viewpoint is to grasp the identity in educational logic,define the category of education in social context,and reveal the essence from the duality of social production.In terms of the orientation of the educational purpose,Wang Fengxian believes that it must be the all-round development of human beings,which is the only choice for the educational purpose.As for how to adhere to the all-round development of human beings,Wang Fengxian believes that we must abandon the alienation to realize the comprehensive recovery of human beings,that self-recognition makes human beings possible,and that the in-depth development of society realizes the all-round development of human beings.Education is the education of the society,so the postmodernism merit that the practice of the education orientation must point to how to realize the service for the society,otherwise,education will inevitably from education pursuit of ontology,and alienation of trend,which on the other hand,postmodernism thinks,should use the advanced education geared to the needs of society in the future,to the prevailing education for social practice,driven by the modernity of education and social development,to education noumenon resist social alienation.The task of education is to the person’s education,if the person’s education is become,therefore,moral education becomes the inevitable option of education,therefore the school moral education must have the whole systemic,should from the multidimensional nature of moral education,a whole of human culture is the essence of moral education,to grasp the practice of moral education in the contact,educators must first by education.The development of China’s education from the west to accept a lot of thought,but the localization research orientation is the inevitable choice of education research in China,must be rooted in the reality of the local education research environment,the localization of education research implementation safeguard,the localization of education research methodology,education research localization is a cognitive process.Education theory system with Chinese characteristics inevitably is a political demand as the guidance of the dominant political discourse power,at the same time by the foreign discourse practice,academic environment and social impact of academic discourse power to participate in the process of building,and eventually formed with Chinese characteristics,reflect political discourse power to the pedagogy theory system and academic discourse power build path.Its distinctive feature is the“top-down”development path,that is,the political discourse practice comes first,and the scholar discourse practice comes second.The theory with Chinese characteristics is generated and guides the basic logic of practice.The inexorable meaning of Wang Fengxian’s lifelong research is to hope that China’s education can become a high-quality education with its own characteristics and high quality,which can meet the full development of the students’ personality and potential.Based on this point,Wang Fengxian’s pedagogy thoughts all focus on how to realize education development,education first,education modernization,and promote the country to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.The significance of Wang Fengxian’s pedagogy thought lies in pointing out the practical orientation and future goal of Chinese education,which includes that education research must adhere to the theoretical foundation,including the application of Marxist theory and the expansion of Marxist political and economic theory.Education research must adhere to the local consciousness,including let the society do education logistics,adhere to the true role of education,school is the key to educational practice,how to cultivate people’s creativity.Educational research must face up to the complexity of the law,including grasping the law at the macro level,digging the law at the micro level,and respecting the law at the practical level.Education research must be based on human issues,including education to meet the needs of people as a starting point,education to situational cultivation as a teaching means,education to the overall development of people as the end.The advanced nature is the intrinsic quality that any educational thought must have,otherwise the educational thought cannot have the value function that the thought itself has.Wang Fengxian has the most typical embodiment of Chinese traditional teachers,“learning high to be a teacher,body is the model”.All the time does not reflect a teacher’s character,style,character and feelings.If we can’t understand and feel their educational thought,we can’t know the exploration course of Chinese educational theory from scratch,and we can’t fundamentally understand the current educational thought and practice.These ideas and the process of their formation are treasures that students of later generations need to dig for.Ideas can arm our minds and make us wise,and the understanding of the process of their formation can help us learn how to improve our knowledge on the way to study.Any educational scholar will have an internal motivation to explore the law of education,which is the potential driving force of an educational thinker with ideological consciousness and professional pursuit.The educational law and the law are homogenous and conform to all the common characteristics of the law.Therefore,the educational law is the intrinsic and inevitable essential connection between various factors within the education,between education and other things,and the inevitable trend of the development and change of education in the field of education,independent of the will of human beings.The reexamination of Wang Fengxian’s educational thought can clarify the theoretical characteristics and ideological style of Wang Fengxian’s educational thought more clearly.Wang fengxian is not only an educator with unique thoughts,but also a pioneer and explorer who always walks in the forefront of China’s educational practice.Wang Fengxian’s educational thought is the extension of the glorious image and the continuation of the value of the older generation of educators,is the reflection of the educational development since the founding of new China,is the best means to explore the rationalization and scientific path for the modernization of education and the power of sustainable development.Wang Fengxian’s pedagogy thought has made a contribution to the establishment and development of Chinese education,and it has a bright innovation.Postmodernism virtuous education idea,provides the reference for the development of the contemporary Chinese education and enlightenment,in today’s comprehensive national strength competition is increasingly fierce,in order to establish the status of priority to the development of education,the implementation of the strategy relying on science and education,to improve the quality of teachers,improve teachers’ treatment,to cultivate all-round development of talents,which is both the postmodernism inherit and carry forward the spirit of education,is also to ensure we are in an impregnable position in the international competition needs,but also to promote the healthy development of the socialist cause,to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation’s needs.
