The ideological and political course of high school is the key course to implement the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people.However,due to the deep-rooted "exam oriented culture" in ordinary high schools,high school ideological and political course teachers do not pay good attention to and implement building morality and cultivating people in teaching.Establishing morality and cultivating people has become one of the important issues that teachers pay less attention to in attitude,but less theoretical discussion,and are easy to ignore in teaching practice.In real teaching,some senior high school ideological and political teachers feel unable to start with how to implement the strategy of Building Morality and cultivating people because they can't sort out and improve the strategy of Building Morality and cultivating people,or are rigid and conservative in the application of strategy,or lack of strategy consciousness in teaching.It is urgent to systematically design and implement a set of effective strategies for high school ideological and political teachers.The implementation of the strategy of Building Morality and cultivating people by senior high school ideological and political teachers is not only the key problem to be solved urgently in the current teaching practice,but also the important problem to be solved urgently in deepening the reform of senior high school ideological and political teaching and the reform of educational methods in ordinary senior high schools in the new era.This study focuses on the core task of "how high school ideological and political teachers implement morality and cultivate people",takes solving the real problems existing in the teaching practice of morality and cultivate people of high school ideological and political teachers as the starting point and purpose,and gradually carries out research by combining theoretical analysis and practical exploration.First of all,this study explores the methodology of the theoretical analysis framework of the strategy of Building Morality and cultivating people for senior high school ideological and political teachers.To implement the educational policies of the party and the state in the new era,under the guidance of Marxist practical teaching theory,drawing on the teaching wisdom of "unity of knowledge and practice" in Chinese traditional culture,and drawing lessons from the moral education strategy theory of "virtue internalization framework",this paper puts forward a four link analysis framework of "cognition,understanding,action and reflection" for high school ideological and political teachers to establish morality and cultivate people.The strategic framework requires teachers to pay attention to the teaching of opposite moral education knowledge,the understanding of the significance of moral education,and the action practice of moral education.On this basis,teachers should examine and improve the effectiveness of moral education through teaching reflection,which reflects a "compromise" theoretical position of moral education."Cognition,understanding,action and reflection" is like a set of "combination boxing",which jointly constructs the logical framework system of morality building and talent cultivation strategy of senior high school ideological and political teachers.Secondly,this study focuses on the analysis of the real problems existing in the teaching practice of moral education and talent cultivation of high school ideological and political teachers.Carry out investigation and practical research from the four dimensions of "cognition,understanding,action and reflection",and clarify the main problems existing in the teaching of senior high school ideological and political teachers through the way of "triangular mutual evidence" by using research methods such as interview,classroom chronicle and educational narration: first,the understanding of the content of establishing morality and cultivating people in senior high school ideological and political courses is not clear enough.The second is the lack of in-depth understanding of the significance of establishing morality and cultivating people in senior high school ideological and political courses.Third,only pay attention to the teaching of moral knowledge and ignore the development of moral practice teaching.Fourth,the lack of teaching reflection,do not pay attention to the examination and reflection of the opposite moral tree people.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the perspective of teachers,and lays a factual and material foundation for systematically discussing the basic strategies of high school ideological and political teachers to establish morality and cultivate people.Thirdly,this study discusses the four links of the strategic framework of moral education and talent cultivation for senior high school ideological and political teachers.Mainly from the dimensions of value significance,theoretical analysis and practical operation,this paper explains the four links of "forming understanding","deepening understanding","focusing on action" and "strengthening reflection",and discusses the basic strategies and methods of Building Morality and cultivating people in each link combined with specific cases.In the "forming understanding" link,through the interpretation of the discipline nature,curriculum standards and teaching materials of Ideological and political course in senior high school,the knowledge content of establishing morality and cultivating people in Ideological and political course in senior high school is summarized into five categories: ideals and beliefs,patriotism,awareness of the rule of law,scientific spirit and public participation.Teachers can use specific strategies such as situational,problem-based,case-based and activity-based to present the teaching content of cultivating morality and talents,so that students can firmly and accurately grasp the corresponding knowledge of cultivating morality and talents;In the "deepening understanding" link,teachers should deepen the understanding of the significance of Building Morality and cultivating people in senior high school ideological and political courses through meaning teaching and in-depth teaching,highlight politics,emphasize education,grasp structure and pay attention to permeability;In the "action oriented" link,teachers should actively carry out practical teaching activities to enable students to understand,experience,identify and acquire the concept,behavior and habits of "Building Morality and cultivating people" in moral practice.Students' moral practice ability can be improved through practical activities such as topic teaching,expanded reading,knowledge competition,voluntary service,visit and social investigation;In the link of "strengthening reflection",teachers should examine their teaching behavior through teaching reflection,so as to make virtue and cultivate people become teachers' stable teaching habits and teaching beliefs.We can improve the effectiveness of Building Morality and cultivating people through reflection strategies such as teaching log,case analysis,educational narrative,teaching observation,communication and discussion and teaching feedback.Finally,this study explains in detail how to "visualize" the strategy of morality building and talent cultivation of senior high school ideological and political teachers,so that front-line teachers can understand,operate and use it more clearly.We should combine the macro teaching concept,meso teaching process and micro practical operation for integrated and systematic thinking,and explain in detail the implementation process,teaching operation and reference tools of the "four rings" strategy of moral education and talent cultivation of senior high school ideological and political teachers.To a certain extent,the rational use of the "four ring Festival" strategy and its operation tools can make the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education and talent cultivation by senior high school ideological and political teachers become rule-based and easy to carry out.
