With development in technology and economy, economic growth mainly depending on the power innovation from the resources endowment has changed. Present innovative researches process suggests that the innovation has deepen into industry level, industry innovation theory get ever more attention from academia and industry Communities inside and abroad. What's more, China's "Twelfth Five" plan explicitly target again to develop independent innovation capability up to the strategic positioningAs the pace of construction of China's "two types" society accelerates, scientific development concept has penetrated into all industries, and gives birth to the green industry and other emerging industries. However, the green industry is currently facing China's legal protection, industrial policy, capital investment, technology transfer, and many other bottlenecks in the development. Furthermore, the theory of system is still very fragmented, not systematic and innovative practices can't meet the demands of green industry. To this end, it is an important and urgent research topic that the establishment of systems theory is the abundance for green industrial innovation and development of industrial economic theory which will serve and guide the practice of green industrial innovation.Green Industry Innovation is a complex progressive large-scale Systematic project. The innovative theory is the foundation of innovation and green industry, and we need to verify the science and practicality of the theory through empirical research. According to this idea, this dissertation carried out a systematic study about two aspects of the work composing of the green industry innovation theory and theoretical application.Dissertation is divided into five parts, including nine chapters in total. The first part is the introduction which highlights the purpose and significance, research status and research dissertation s and research methods. The second part is theory study containing a combination of domestic and foreign scholars on the theory of a large number of green industry research and scientific definition of the concept of green industry and innovation, features and standards. The third part is divided into theoretical innovations, including the third, fourth and fifth chapter. This part explore about the green industry innovation through the five-content of the subject and the interpretation of four innovative object, and then conclude that the green industry will be broken down into four objectives of innovation and analyze green industry innovation power and restraint mechanisms in exogenous and endogenous aspects. The fourth chapter explains the method of construction, direction, procedures and effects diagnosis of the green industry chain through the summary of four main modes of existing green industry innovation. The fourth part is the core part, including the sixth, seventh and eight chapters. Summarizing the theory of the green industry on the basis of innovation, and comparison of existing application model, an innovative system of performance evaluation model, the exponential smoothing entropy Grey multi-level evaluation model, has been built. With the evaluation index system content, this dissertation probes that how to build five green industrial innovation support system security from the legal, technical, policy, markets, capital and other aspects. According to the use of the above theory, this dissertation carries out an analysis and design improvement on the innovation and performance of green industry in Hubei Province. The fifth part is a full summary of innovation induction and research prospects.
