Resources saving and environment friendly agricultural production system requires the petrochemical famers who depend on agricultural technology to change to the ecological famers who make full use of the production technology of resources saving and environment friendly agriculture. The evolution of the forms farmer quality can be concluded into three stages:the natural famers in traditional natural agriculture, the petrochemical famers in petrochemical agriculture, the ecological famers in resources saving and environment friendly agriculture.The factors of ecological farmer quality can be explained as ecological knowledge, ecological consciousness and ecological behavior in resources saving and environment friendly agriculture. We can establish ecological farmer quality structure model according to these.This article researchs the factors which influence the quality factor level of ecological farmers, in order to find out regularity of the quality factor of ecological farmers and conclude the characteristic about ecological farmer cultivation by the correlation analysis and principal component regression analysis. The way of nurturing ecological farmer quality:First, the ecological knowledge learning. Namely environmental adaption and learning from doing, education propaganda and information transmission, technique training, agro-technique extension service.Second, ecological consciousness guidance. Improving ecological sensitivity by activating the environmental welfare needs, arousing ecology responsibility through the ecological ethics education, inducing ecological values through the ecological market demand and ecological compensation mechanism. Third, the ecological behavior training. Government ecological supervision shapes shallow ecological behavior, ecological policy and service supports deep ecological behavior.Farmers in agricultural production practice exist these questions:the phenomenon of against routine technology of resources saving and environment friendly agricultural production system are common;the supporting technology of it are deficient;the construction of it is faced with difficulty.The measures of promoting farmer to implement resources saving and environment friendly agriculture production system cover three levels:First, delivering resources saving and environment friendly agricultural production system routine knowledge through the coding knowledge education ang training, shaping shallow behavior through the government ecological supervision; Second, prompting the famers to applicate resources saving and environment friendly agricultural production system supporting technology by providing education and training, technology promotion, ecological compensation policies and so on; Third, supporting the construction of resources saving and environment friendly agricultural system by providing situation embedding knowledge education and training, technical services, ecological compensation policy and so on.The government, farmers, farmer autonomy organizations, agriculture-related enterprises and agriculture-related social institutions and so on jointly form the diverse cooperation system of ecological farmers cultivation subject, and they should make clear the role of different subjects, choose appropriate organization structure form and operation mode to optimize and sustain the cooperation system,which should be also based on the ideas of the ecological chain, value chain, supply chain and knowledge flow, and by the mechanisms of cooperation contract, repeated game, learning and practice community.We can establish relevant index system and design questionnaire to collect the data to evaluate quality factors and comprehensive level of ecological farmers;and describe the group distribution characteristics of ecological farmer quality by drawing two dimension curve graphs and the 3d dynamic figures;and set up a series of indicators to evaluate the cultivation performence of ecological farmers.The future ecological fanners will be differentiated in ecological agricultural labourers and ecological agricultural lords.
