Research On The Development Problems And Countermeasures Of Eco-Agriculture In Zhongbao Town,Hongya County

The thirteenth National Five-Year Plan has made it clear that under the "four modernizations" background. We must promote the development of agricultural modernization, constantly improve the agricultural industry system. We also need to vigorously develop high-yield, high quality, efficient, ecological and safe agriculture. Eco-agriculture as an effective use of resources, the new eco-friendly mode of agricultural production, it is important for the transformation of traditional agriculture. It is of great significance to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly agriculture. Zhongbao town is located in Hoanya county Meishan city. It's natural environment condition is superior and has a certain basis of ecological development. It is the key town to Hongya of ecological agriculture development. Summarizing the previous results of Zhongbao's ecological agricultural development can not only solve the local agricultural development, farmers'income, rural prosperity. But also can provide beneficial reference for other villages and towns in Sichuan province.This paper strictly follows the system theory, the circulation economic theory and the sustainable development theory as the instruction. Choose the combination of theoretical study and field investigation, statistics and comparative analysis, system analysis as research methods. To analyze the current situation of Zhongbao,which contain 4 aspects of 17 secondary indexes. Such as ecological condition of ecological agriculture development, the production process of safety management, ecological prevention and control of pollution, ecological agriculture production and management. Reference to Sichuan's ecological county construction indexes and State-level ecological towns construction index. We can research the following conclusions:(1)Zhongbao's ecological condition is good, accord with the basic requirement of the development of ecological agriculture. (2)Local utilization of waste has increased, the natural ecological environment improved steadily. Ecological planting area expands year by year and initially formed mature ecological agriculture pattern. (3)There are also problems with Zhongbao's ecological agriculture. First, the characteristics of industry are not prominent. Second, the degree of processing and commercialization of agricultural products is low. Third, factor of production input is not reasonable. Fourth, the use of chemical agricultural materials is excessive. At last, it is difficult to achieve higher prices for better quality product.For the above problems and deficiencies exist, in order to promote the healthy and steady development of ecological agriculture, to realize the environment friendly, product safety, farmers' income goal. Based on Zhongbao's actual situation, this article put forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions:(1)Plan and layout scientificly, optimize the agricultural structure.(2)Ancillary products processing facilities, improve product added value. (3)Rationalize production inputs and improve resource utilization efficiency. (4)To strengthen security agricultural materials, improve the quality of agricultural products, promote environment friendly. (5)With the help of Internet to make up the trading information, achieve higher prices for better quality ecological agricultural products.
