At the same time, the developed countries should reconsider and rebuilt the idea of development under new situation and new environment. What the "idea" really is? The problem is to these two pattern ares what the similar problem is to the developed countries and developing countries. Yunnan located in the less developed are of China, the orientation of development strategy of Yunnan and what new idea of development should be is the reference of developed countries and developing countries around the world. We studied the situation in Yunnan and China based on the view of global problem.
