Study On The Path And Countermeasure Of The Joint Development Of Manufacturing And Logistics Industry In Henan Province

Manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of national economy, and is the demand oflogistics socialization. The development of manufacturing industry can greatly pull andpromote the demand of logistics industry. Accompanied by the development of manufacturingindustry, manufacture’s logistics activities are gradually outsourcing to the third partylogistics. On one hand, specialized、scale of socialization logistics service reduces the cost ofmanufacturing logistics, and logistics innovation service increases the value of manufacturingenterprise; on the other hand, the manufacturing logistics outsourcing activities expanded ofthe logistics enterprises’ market. So, the linkage development between logistics andmanufacturing industry, not only can improve the core competitiveness of manufacturingindustry, and promote manufacturing industry upgrade and transformation, but also canpromote the development of the logistics industry, and better service for manufacturingindustry. Manufacturing industry and modern logistics industry are rely on each other,strengthening the communication and connection between manufacturing industry andlogistics industry, promoting the fusion penetration and linkage development, is a importantway for adjusting the industrial structure and changing the mode of economic growth.In recent years, our country and our province government have attached great importanceto the development of the logistics industry, they issued rules to support and vigorouslypromote the integration development between the manufacturing industry and logisticsindustry. Henan province seizes the opportunities of opening-up and domestic、internationalmanufacturing transfer, actively participate in international division of labor in the value chainof manufacturing, the manufacturing industry that gives priority to the rapid development ofeconomy, manufacturing industry agglomeration and its trend of development is very rapid,resulting in the logistics needs of the large number of clusters. However, due to the logisticssocialization demand inadequacy and the poor professional services capacity, large logisticsdemand dispersed in various internal departments, and cannot integrate; this reduces theefficiency in resource, as well as the relatively high operating costs. Due to the lack of thenecessary logistics service market system and policy environment,“the two sector” linkage progress goes slowly and the utilization rate of logistics resources is very low. Therefore, howto follow the social idea, to form the logistics supply agglomeration and demand docking, tointegrate and promote the logistics function in the manufacturing industry agglomeration area,and to promote the joint development of manufacturing and logistics industries, this not onlycan enhance the core competitiveness of manufacturing industry, but also is the importantmeans to promote the logistics industry.This article analysis present development situation of logistics industry andmanufacturing industry in Henan mainly through literature search, expert consultation method;using the theory of supply chain management and strategic alliance theory and other relatedtheoretical to research the linkage development mechanism of manufacturing industry and thelogistics; applying grey correlation model of manufacturing industry and logistics industrylinkage to measure the development correlation, and to understand the current developmentlevel of manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Henan province, and then explorethe path and the promotion strategy of the linkage development; Further, I will provide morepolicy proposal such as finance and taxation policy, land policy, financing policy, humanresource policy as the core of the innovation system for the latter part linkage development ofmanufacturing industry and logistics industry.
