The Research On Innovative Farmland Transfer Mechanism

The farmland transfer has mainly undergone a collective stage and an individual stage ever since the foundation of the PR China.Due to the small land scale, low benefit and limited competitiveness, the current individual farmer business is unfavorable for the large-scale agricultural operation and sustainable development. An innovative farmland transfer in line with the socialism market economic system is required to lever the farmland resource, stimulate rural economic development, ensure the sound development of Chinese rural economy and maintain the economic stability of rural society.This thesis studies the issues concerning the innovative farmland contract management right transfer mechanism, as we have collected and prepared the related land transfer data based on massive understanding of study references on national and foreign related land transfer theories, principles and methods by combined manner of market survey and field study, execute analysis of the collected materials and data, and draw a conclusion by related economic analysis model. In the process of its preparation, the study has been carried out by the following method:I. Combined method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The analysis has been made for our national farmland contract management right transfer actuality and its characteristics, as well as for the quantitative change and rules base on the practice example of Rizhao in order to identify the problems and propose the innovative farmland contract management right transfer mechanism.â…¡.
