Study On The Influencing Factors Of Farmland Contractual Management Right Transfer In Hebei Province

In recent years,the state is vigorously advocating the appropriate scale of agriculture,but Hebei Province as a large agricultural province,the proportion of agricultural land contract management has been lower than the national average.Therefore,in order to promote the development of agricultural land contract management rights in Hebei Province,the urgent need to carry out relevant research.In the process of circulation,farmers as a farmland contracting right to transfer the supply side of the market,whether it is willing to turn out the land to become one of the key points affecting the success of the transfer transaction.Therefore,this paper mainly investigates the supply side of contractual management right of farmland,and obtains the main factors that affect farmers' willingness to move out,and provides the theoretical basis for the better solution.First,this paper expounds the background,purpose and significance of studying the main influencing factors of farmland contract management right transfer,summarizes the different views of the relevant scholars at home and abroad on the concept of farmland circulation and the different conclusions drawn from different survey objects This paper makes a comprehensive and systematic review of the status quo of the transfer of agricultural land contract management rights.Secondly,according to the data of the second agricultural census in Hebei Province and the survey of 347 households in Hebei Province,this paper introduces the present situation and characteristics of rural land contractual management right in Hebei province,and the main problems in the process of circulation problem.Thirdly,according to the relevant theories mentioned above,qualitative analysis is carried out on the main factors influencing the transfer of farmland contracting right in Hebei Province,mainly from the aspects of social and economic factors,the main factors involved in the parties,and the market factors of farmland circulation Expand analysis.Fourthly,it analyzes the influencing factors of farmland contracting right in Hebei province.First,the hypothesis is put forward.Twelve variables are selected from three aspects: individual factors,farmer family factors and economic and policy factors.Afterwards,the logistic model is used to analyze the main factors influencing the willingness to move out.Fifth,combined with the previous analysis,from the improvement of relevant policies and regulations,improve the trading capacity of farmers and accelerate the construction of the transfer market three aspects of specific countermeasures and suggestions.
