Research On The Quality Measurement Of Economic Development From The Perspective Of Balanced And Sufficient Conjugate

Development is an eternal proposition and inexhaustible motive power of human society.Measuring the quality of development is an important basis and key to study the proposition of "development ".How to measure the quality of development,how to measure the level,is closely related to the researcher’s value scale and measurement standard,which is between subjective and objective,also qualitative and quantitative.After decades of rapid economic development,China has made remarkable achievements,but it is no doubt that any economy is facing phased development problems and challenges in different stages of development.When socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the principal contradiction in Chinese society is transformed into contradiction between the growing needs of the people for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.The problem of unbalanced and inadequate development has become a focal point of the contradiction in economic development,which also leaves room for researchers to explore and explore.The purpose of this paper is to put as much emphasis on the balanced development as the adequate development based on the social supply level of the main contradiction of society,and to interpret the connotation of "quality" and "quantity" of economic development with "balance" and "adequacy".By constructing the binary multi-dimensional index system,the quality of our country’s economic development is evaluated from the perspective of balance and adequacy conjugated development.Comprehensive use of a variety of statistical methods for development quality measurement.The entropy value method is used to determine the index weight.The Q-type clustering method is used for classification.Arc GIS10.5 is used for map spatial clustering.The difference coefficient is used to calculate regional differences.Theil coefficient is used for decomposition of the difference coefficient.Then the paper collects the annual index data for 2010-2017 from national level and the provincial level,carries out the index calculation and gets the balanced economic development index,the adequate economic development index and the balance and adequacy conjugated economic development index of each region in each year.Under the framework of "national analysis-provincial analysis "," overall analysis-fractal dimension analysis "," balanced development analysis-adequate development analysis-balance and adequacy conjugated development analysis ",the quantitative analysis model of " time series analysis—type division-spatial difference analysis " is adopted to measure the quality level of balanced economic development,adequate economic development and balance and adequacy conjugated economic development in our country and each province.Through the above quantitative analysis,the paper studies the problems in the quality of economic development in our country from the perspective of balance and adequacy conjugated development,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for improving the quality of balance and adequacy conjugated economic development.This paper is divided into four parts,as follows:The first part is the literature review and theoretical preparation,including the first,second and third chapter.First of all,it introduces the background and significance of the research,the ideas and contents of the research,the methods and technical routes of the research,the main innovation points and shortcomings,and leads to the research theme.Then the paper summarizes and reviews the relevant theories and literature,such as balanced economic development,adequate economic development,economic development quality evaluation and so on.On the basis of systematically combing marxist economics,western economics,domestic and foreign,etc.,the research on balanced and adequate economic development and economic development quality measurement is reviewed to lay the foundation for the construction of balance and adequacy conjugated economic development theory.Then,the connotations of balanced economic development,adequate economic development,and balance and adequacy conjugated economic development are expounded.And the mechanism analysis,theoretical basis,realistic basis and value direction of balance and adequacy conjugated economic development are analyzed.The second part is statistical measures and results analysis,including the fourth,fifth,sixth,and seventh chapter.First of all,based on the theoretical analysis of the first part,from the theoretical and practical point of view,the paper constructs the balance and adequacy conjugated economic development measurement index system and measure formula,analyzes the contents of the index system of balance and adequacy conjugated economic development,explains the index interpretation and calculation formula of each index,and introduces the measurement method.Then,the comprehensive measure,provincial measure,type division and regional difference are carried out for the quality of balance and adequacy conjugated economy development in China and various provinces.By looking up and collecting the indices data of China and the provinces in 2010-2017 in the balance and adequacy conjugated development index system,the data are standardized and processed,and the balanced economic development index,adequate economic development index and balance and adequacy conjugated economic development index of China and the provinces in2010-2017 are calculated by using the measurement method.The type division and regional difference analysis are carried out.Finally,the quality of balance and adequacy conjugated economic development is analyzed in terms of the whole level and the provincial level respectively.Among them,the dimensional analysis related to balanced economic development mainly includes industrial structure balance,regional development balance,urban and rural development balance,income distribution balance,economic and social development balance,economic and ecological development balance.The third part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the measurement results,aiming at the problems existing in the balance and adequacy conjugated economic development of China and all provinces,respectively,the paper puts forward the promotion path and strategic measures of the balance and adequacy conjugated development of China’s economy from the three levels of development thought and mechanism,balanced development and adequate development,with a view to promoting the balance and adequacy conjugated development of China’s economy,improving the level of China’s economic governance system and governance capacity,constantly resolving the main social contradictions,and providing policy reference.The fourth part is the research conclusion and prospect.It summarizes the above measurement results,analyzes the shortcomings of the paper,and looks forward to the research prospect of balance and adequacy conjugated economic development.
