| In recent years,As scientific and technological innovation plays an increasingly important role in supporting the national economy and national comprehensive strength,our country's technology-based startups have developed rapidly and have made important contributions to economic development and employment promotion.Therefore,they have received more and more attention from the government and received stronger support from policies and funds.With the intensification of the trade war based on scientific and technological strength in the international environment,the leading role of technology-based enterprises in the industry and the economy has become increasingly obvious.Technology-based enterprises continue to carry out technological innovation activities to gain knowledge and improve core competition in the process power,promote the optimization of industries and structures,and economic development.However,due to the high risk and uncertainty of entrepreneurship,the average survival period of technology-based startups is relatively short.Compared with other types of start-ups,technology-based start-ups have more diversified capabilities,their markets are more complex,competition is more intense,and the complexity of entrepreneurial decision-making is fiercer.These factors are interrelated and determine the technological type,the rise and fall of new ventures.At present,there are few researches focusing on technology-based start-ups.and focusing on the entrepreneurial team level from the perspective of ability to analyze entrepreneurial performance issues.The conversion path of entrepreneurial ability to entrepreneurial performance remains to be disclosed.Therefore,this thesis takes science and technology new ventures as the research theme,from a behavioral perspective,explores the mechanism and key transformation paths of the entrepreneurial capabilities of science and technology new ventures,which is conducive to science and technology new ventures to make wise decisions and enhance entrepreneurial success rate.This thesis combines the cutting-edge theories of entrepreneurial ability,entrepreneurial behavior and entrepreneurial performance with the entrepreneurial practice of domestic technology-based new ventures,comprehensively using case studies,grounded analysis,interviews and surveys,statistical analysis and other methods to assess the impact of entrepreneurial capabilities of technology-based new ventures on entrepreneurial performance,the impact of research.The research analyzes the key elements that affect the entrepreneurial performance of technology-based startups and their relationships,and explores the growth path of technology-based startups in China,which will help technology-based startups utilize their own capabilities to integrate resource utilization,making allocation and selection of target market strategies,grasping key entrepreneurial behaviors,and forming core competitiveness.At the same time,the impact of external environmental factors such as the degree of market competition,environmental uncertainty and government support have been taken into consideration to build a technology-based startup's ability to transform.The role framework has enriched the theoretical results and research scope of entrepreneurial research.The main research work of the thesis is as follows:(1)The analysis of the structural dimensions of the entrepreneurial capability of technology-based new ventures and the research on its impact on entrepreneurial performance,are explored in the thesis.First of all,the research combines the latest domestic and foreign entrepreneurial theories and the current status of the domestic technology-based startup industry,and analyzes the actual cases of a number of technology-based startups.The study sorts out the technological startup entrepreneurs from interviews.The original statement of the founder team on the dimension of entrepreneurial ability excavated the key representations in entrepreneurial practice,combined with grounded theory to extract the key capacity dimensions,key entrepreneurial behaviors and environmental factors of technologybased startups.After multiple rounds of coding,the dimensions of entrepreneurial capabilities of technology-based startups have been expanded,opportunity recognition ability,network relationship coordination ability,information and resource integration ability,technological innovation ability;key entrepreneurial behavior:starting point of entrepreneurship,resource utilization of entrepreneurs and teams,distribution,strategic choice of target market;environmental factors,market competition degree,environmental uncertainty,government support.Secondly,based on interviews and surveys,a scale of the dimensions of entrepreneurial ability are developed,which verifies the positive impact of various dimensions of entrepreneurial ability on entrepreneurial performance.Based on the statistical analysis of the questionnaires of the founders and teams of 233 technology-based startups in Changzhou Industrial Park,the effect of the various dimensions of the entrepreneurial capabilities of technology-based startups on entrepreneurial performance is verified,and this research will promote the entrepreneurship of technology-based startups.The thesis studies the field construction of the capacity dimension,and promotes the research of different dimensions of the entrepreneurial ability of future technology-based new ventures,so as to enhance the integrated development of the entrepreneurial capacity of technology-based new ventures and entrepreneurial performance theory.(2)Research on the mechanism and transformation path of technological new ventures'entrepreneurial ability on entrepreneurial performance.Based on the dimensional analysis of entrepreneurial ability and the analysis of key entrepreneurial behaviors,a theoretical model of entrepreneurial ability affecting entrepreneurial performance through key entrepreneurial behaviors is organized to study the relationship between key entrepreneurial capabilities,key entrepreneurial behaviors and entrepreneurial performance of technology-based new ventures.Through the regression analysis of the data collected from the questionnaire,the thesis explores the mechanism and transformation path of the entrepreneurial capability dimension of technology-based new ventures on entrepreneurial performance.The research validates the intermediary mechanism between entrepreneurial ability-entrepreneurial behavior and entrepreneurial performance of technology-based new ventures,and analyzes the internal logic relationship between entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial performance through the key behavior.The study finds that the important dimensions of entrepreneurial ability--opportunity recognition ability,network relationship coordination ability,information and resource integration ability,technological innovation ability,through the resource utilization and allocation of founders and teams,and target market strategy selection,are two key entrepreneurial behaviors.The improvement of entrepreneurial performance has an important impact.The research conclusion reveals the law and process of the transformation of entrepreneurial ability on entrepreneurial performance in entrepreneurial practice,and clarifies the transformation path of entrepreneurial ability on entrepreneurial performance from the behavioral perspective.(3)Research on the moderating effect of key entrepreneurial behaviors of technologybased new ventures on entrepreneurial performance.Based on the research on the key elements and conversion paths that affect the performance of technology-based startups,from the perspective of environmental factors,the impact of market competition,environmental uncertainty,and government support on the conversion mechanism of entrepreneurial capabilities has been explored.Firstly,through grounded theory,the environmental factors in the entrepreneurial process of technology-based startups are extracted:the degree of market competition,environmental uncertainty,and government support.Then,through the statistical analysis of the data of 233 technology-based startup founders/founding team members,how these three factors affect the relationship between the entrepreneurial behavior and entrepreneurial performance of technology-based startups,and verify the impact of entrepreneurial behavior on entrepreneurial performance.In the process,the degree of market competition,environmental uncertainty,and government support are positively regulated,and the impact of market competition,environmental uncertainty,and government support in the process of entrepreneurial ability conversion to entrepreneurial performance through entrepreneurial behavior is analyzed,Thus construct a framework for the transformation of technological new ventures' capabilities. |
