Research On The Growth Of Rural Micro-Enterprises In Northeast China

The problem of "agricultural,rural,farmer" is the fundamental issue related to the national economy and human wellbeing.Accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas is the general direction of the work of "agricultural,rural,farmer" at present and in the future.As an important way to promote the integration of rural industries and increase farmers' employment and income,Rural Micro-enterprises(RME)show great potential in promoting rural revitalization.However,with the growth of the number of RME,the growth problem of RME is prominent,which is mainly manifested in the practical dilemma of weak growth ability and low motivation of RME."The fourteenth five year plan for national economic and social development and the outline of long-term goals for 2035" put forward:The government should support small and micro enterprises to grow into the birthplace of innovation,improve the policy system to promote the development of small and micro enterprises,and increase tax incentives and credit support.As an important grain production base in China,Northeastern China has a high level of modern agriculture,but its business environment is poor.How to effectively help the growth of RME has become the focus of Northeast China's agricultural modernization,Rural Revitalization and comprehensive revitalization.So,in the case of poor business environment in Northeastern China,what is the growth status of RME?What are the reasons for its "growth dilemma"?How to effectively promote the growth of RME in Northeastern China?All of them are practical problems that need to be answered urgently.However,the existing research on the growth of RME is still lack of economic theory,combined with cross research paradigm to explore the growth of RME under the situation of high level of modern agricultural development and poor business environment.Therefore,to carry out the research on the growth of RME in Northeastern China is not only conducive to the implementation of various relief and support policies,but also can provide reference for decision-making of RME and enrich the extension of agricultural economic management discipline,which has certain academic value and decision-making reference value.This paper is based on the logical scheme of "basic theory elaboration-environmental characteristics characterization-systematic empirical analysis-theoretical and practical discussion".Firstly,this paper combs the relevant research results,expounds the connotation of micro enterprises and RME from the theoretical and legal standards,introduces the connotation characteristics of the growth of rural micro enterprises,clarifies the basic research theory,analyzes the growth environment of RME in Northeastern China by using macro statistical data,analyzes the basic situation of RME in Northeastern China,and discusses the development of RME in Northeastern China The internal and external difficulties in the growth of RME in the district reveal that the root causes of the difficulties are the lack of power for the growth of enterprises,the poor business environment in the District,and the inflexible system and mechanism in the district.Secondly,following the research mode of complex system theory,based on the dissipative structure theory and the improved enterprise life cycle theory,this paper puts forward the analysis framework of "motivation stage path" of the growth mechanism of RME in Northeastern China,discusses the growth motivation of RME,identifies the threshold of the start-up period,development period,mature period and regrowth period of RME,and concludes the following conclusions Resource endowment,technological progress,institutional change and their joint forces are the driving forces of the growth path of RME.Thirdly,from the two dimensions of the growth state and growth degree of RME,this paper expounds the three dimensions of behavior attitude,subjective norms and perceived behavior control,selects the theoretical basis and internal logic,and constructs the theoretical model of influencing factors of rural micro enterprises' growth based on the theory of extended planning behavior.Using 807 actual survey data of micro enterprises,this paper uses the Heckman two-stage model Empirical test shows that the core factors of the growth of RME in Northeastern China are tangible institutional environment,entrepreneurial opportunity identification,friends,emotional trust and social trust.Then,on the basis of integrating Penrose's theory of enterprise resource growth,we use gem method,Pearson method and variation coefficient to comprehensively screen and construct the growth index system of RME.After using entropy method and TOPSIS model to evaluate the growth of RME,we find that the influencing factors of the growth of RME in Northeastern China include growth resources,growth strategy and growth ability On the other hand,it can be divided into four types:fluctuating growth,steady growth,fluctuating decline and steady decline.Finally,by learning from the growth experience of RME in typical countries and eastern provinces,this paper puts forward specific and targeted countermeasures and suggestions from two aspects of rural micro enterprises and institutional arrangements.
