In the context of building a harmonious society and building a new socialist countryside, rural micro-enterprise is a crucial element of a vibrant in the rural economy. Its importance is even more obvious. How to promote it rapidly grow in a long time, so as to increase the income of farmers? This is a problem, which we must be up against. Summarized the theory of micro-enterprises'growth, the paper constructs the model of enterprises growth's factors, and selects some rural micro-enterprises in the Zhengzhou area as the samples, Meanwhile an empirical analysis is made in the paper by the factor method and regression to find out the key factors of the rural micro-enterprises'growth, and compares the growth's diversities under different staff structure levels. Finally, based on the results of the empirical study, the paper points out the enlightenment on the rural micro-enterprises'growth.At present, enterprise growth theories have been more comprehensive, but the theories specifically for rural micro-enterprises have never been found in china. So, this paper, which based on past research literature and the particularities of the rural micro-enterprises, put forwards a theoretical model to analyzing the growth of rural micro-enterprises through Entrepreneur Ability, Strategy Management Capability, Human Resources Leadership, Marketing Capability, Corporate Culture, Family, External Environment seven factors. Through the studies, this paper discovers:(1)The factors which impact the growth of rural micro-enterprises include: Entrepreneur Ability, Strategy Management Capability, Human Resources Leadership, Marketing Capability, Corporate Culture and External Conditions. This result basically agreements with the model.(2)The most critical factors in growth followed:Entrepreneur Ability, External Conditions, and Corporate Culture. The Human Resources Leadership only influences rural micro-enterprises'long-term growth.(3)The growths between rural micro-enterprises with different staff structures are significant different. The enterprises, which employ their staff by market, have made the highest growth levels. Further more, the enterprises, which employ their family members or the ones who apply for a job in the market as their staff, have made higher growth levels, compared with the levels of employing staff introduced by the kinsfolk or friends.
