Research On The Innovative Scientific Talents Growth Environment In Enterprise

With the development of knowledge economy, the innovative scientific talents receive more and more attention from the domestic and foreign scholars. The innovative scientific talents can provide the power for the enterprises' development, and their growth depends on certain external environment. How to consummate the growth environment and perform the accurate evaluation is the key to promote the innovative scientific talents'growth.Based on the domestic and foreign scholars'study on innovative talents, scientific talents and innovative scientific talents, this thesis has proposed the understanding to the innovative scientific talents'concept, provided the classification of innovative scientific talents, summarized such talents' characteristics of psychology and behavior as well as their knowledge, skills and working. Furthermore it has also analyzed the law of the innovative scientific talents'growth. By analyzing the influencing factors contributing to the innovative scientific talents'growth, the thesis has pointed the importance of the environmental factors, and summarized the concept, characteristics and functions of innovative scientific talents'growth environment. From the interior environment and the external environment of the enterprise, the overall composition has been established, and the relations among the elements have been analyzed. According to the characteristics of the innovative scientific talents, how to build and optimize the innovative scientific talents growth environment has been suggested. On the basis of the suggestions, the environmental factors related to the innovative scientific talents'growth have been selected, and the comprehensive evaluation index system of the innovative scientific talents growth environment has been established due to its principle. By utilizing each weight of the evaluation index through the analytic hierarchy process and selecting the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the evaluation model of the innovative scientific talents growth environment has been established. The thesis has made an empirical study on Harbin Jiuzhou electrics limited company, analyzed the evaluation results, and provided some countermeasures and suggestions.
