Research On Decision Model And Coordination Strategy Of Closed-Loop Supply Chain Considering CSR

In recent years,with the rapid development of global information technology industry,electronic and electrical products update iteration is accelerating;a large number of wastes not only led to serious environmental pollution,but also caused a huge waste of resources.How to achieve the harmonious development of economic benefits,environment and society has gradually become the focus of the government and enterprises.To this end,the Chinese government has put forward a clear requirement for enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility(CSR),enterprises should not only maximize their own economic benefits,but also undertake the corresponding responsibilities for society,environment and other stakeholders.At the same time,due to the multiple pressures of economic benefits,ecological environment and government supervision,the traditional supply chain operation mode cannot satisfy the development requirements of enterprises,closed-loop supply chain(CLSC)management has gradually become an important development strategy for enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities.It can not only reduce environmental pollution in production activities,but also save resources and reduce energy consumption and production costs.To sum up,by summarizing the issues related to the CLSC considering CSR,this paper carries out a systematic study on the recycling mode of CLSC,the subject of CSR implementation,the channel power structure and coordination strategy.The specific research contents are as follows.(1)The decision-making and coordination strategy of single-channel recycling CLSC considering CSR are studied.Firstly,under the single channel recycling model of manufacturer and retailer,the decision models of three power structures(manufacturer-led,retailer-led and Nash equilibrium)are constructed respectively when different member enterprises implement CSR.Then,by comparing and analyzing the equilibrium results of different decision-making models,the influence of member enterprises' CSR implementation degree on the optimal decision of CLSC is discussed,and the conditions for selecting the optimal channel power structure and the optimal CSR implementation strategy are given under different decision-making situations.Finally,according to the contract coordination theory,under the two single channel recycling modes,the CLSC coordination strategies considering CSR under different channel power structures are given.(2)The decision-making and coordination strategy of dual-channel recycling CLSC considering CSR are studied.Considering the business substituting between the two recycling parties,under the dual-channel recycling model of manufacturer and retailer,the decision models under three power structures are constructed when different members implement CSR.By comparing the equilibrium results in different decision models,this paper discusses the influence of member enterprises' CSR implementation degree and manufacturer's recycling and transfer price on the optimal decision of CLSC,and the conditions for selecting the optimal channel power structure and the optimal CSR implementation strategy are given in different situations.Finally,according to the coordination theory,under the dual-channel recycling mode,the CLSC coordination strategies considering CSR under different channel power structures are given.(3)The recycling strategy of CLSC considering CSR is studied.According to the different tendency of the manufacturer to choose the recycling channel,the comparison is made from environmental protection,product price and market demand,and economic benefits,the optimal recycling strategy of the manufacturer and the conditions to be satisfied in choosing the optimal recycling channel are given when different member enterprises implement CSR under three power structures.Finally,the CLSC system constituted by the enterprise G,a large manufacturer,and the enterprise S,a large retailer,is taken as the case study object of this paper.Starting with the CSR implementation strategy and the recycling strategy of waste products,the mathematical theoretical model is combined with the practical operation of the enterprise,on the one hand,the research conclusions of this paper can be verified through the management decisions of enterprises in the actual operation;on the other hand,it can also provide some theoretical reference for enterprises in the choice of CSR implementation strategy and recycling mode.The work of this paper further improves the theoretical system of decisionmaking and coordination of CLSC considering CSR,and lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up in-depth research;the research results and case verification provide theoretical guidance and technical support for solving related practical problems.
