Research On The Third-party Recycling Closed-loop Supply Chain Coordination Mechanism Considering Corporate Social Responsibility

Based on closed-loop supply chain system with three different leaderships(manufacturer-led,retailer-led and third-party collector-led,respectively)and considering the leading party not only performs CSR himself but also guides the other party to perform CSR,this thesis establishes the optimization model and three Stackelberg game models to derive the equilibrium prices,collection rates,the parties' profits(utilities)and total utility of the whole closed loop supply chain in centralized decision-making and three decentralized models.Consumer surplus is taken as the measurement index of the parties' CSR performance.The applicability of revenue-cost sharing contract(RCS)and two-part tariff(TT)contract in the coordination of three decentralized closed-loop supply chains are discussed.It also focuses on the impacts of parties' CSR degrees on the performance indexes and the feasible ranges of contract parameters in different dominant models.The conclusion of this thesis shows that:(1)Due to the negative effects of double marginalization effect,the product prices and collection rates under three decentralized decisions are higher and lower than that under the centralized decision,respectively.The total channel utility in each decentralized modes is lower than that under the centralized decision;Under the three decentralized models,the improvement of CSR performing degree of non-core party has a greater positive impact on system decision-making and parties' profit(utility)than that of the core party with the same CSR degree's increasing;in the centralized decision-making,the influences of both CSR performing degrees are the same.(2)RCS contract can perfectly coordinate the manufacturer-led and third-party collector-led closed-loop supply chains with third-party collection,but the feasible range of CSR performing degree is relatively smaller in the third-party collector-led model with RCS contract in the coordination state.RCS contract cannot coordinate the retailer-led closed-loop supply chain;TT contract can perfectly coordinate the closed-loop supply chain with third-party collection under three dominant models.(3)In the two models of manufacturer-led and third-party collector-led closed loop supply chain system,the effects of CSR performing degrees on the ranges of contract parameters under two coordination contracts are similar;in the retailer-led model,the effect of manufacturer's CSR performing degree on the wholesale price under TT contract also depends on the retailer's CSR performing degree.The conclusion of this thesis can provide decision-making supports for manufacturing firms to realize economic benefits and improve environmental protection performance through CSR.
