The rapid development of the new generation of Internet technology brings not only opportunities but also challenges to telecom operators.With the increasingly fierce homogenization competition,the continuous decline of traditional business and the blurring of the upstream and downstream boundaries of the industry,the dominant position of telecom operators in the industrial value chain is facing the threat of pipeline and low value.The impact of Internet OTT business,the limited scale of new users and the high barriers to entry in emerging markets force telecom operators to rethink their survival and development strategies in the industrial ecosystem.At the same time,energy consumption and climate issues make sustainable development a national strategy.The strategy of network power and digital China puts forward new requirements for the service capacity of telecom operators.Telecom operators must further improve their green innovation ability,network connectivity ability,platform and application service ability to promote the sustainable development of themselves and the industry.In the era of Internet innovation,one of the key issues is how to improve the competitiveness of telecom operators in the era of sustainable development.Therefore,starting from the development needs of telecom operators,this paper studies the industry ecology and sustainable development of telecom operators in the Internet era.The main work and innovation of this paper are as follows:(1)Research on green technology innovation behavior of telecom operatorsBased on the literature research of industry collaboration and green innovation,this paper defines the market competition between telecom operators and the symbiotic relationship between telecom operators and equipment manufacturers,and constructs a two-tier game model of telecom operators' green technology innovation,including the evolutionary game model from the perspective of niche overlapping competition and the evolutionary game model from the perspective of niche complementary cooperation.The bargaining game model provides a reference for telecom operators in the sustainable development of network basic services and platform application innovation business.(2)Research on the framework and evaluation of operators'network sustainable developmentFacing the future network architecture and service needs of telecom operators,aiming at promoting the harmonious coexistence of human and nature and realizing ecological harmony,circular economy and sustainable society,this paper analyzes the sustainable development strategy of future information and communication network from the system,technology,equipment and energy levels,and puts forward a framework and evaluation system for the sustainable development of telecom operators' network,including multi-level evaluation.The future network framework,network performance evaluation index and evaluation method with sustainable characteristics provide a reference for the green development of network infrastructure services of telecom operators.(3)Research on vertical ecological technology enabling of operatorsThis paper analyzes the application of Internet of things and blockchain technology in the traditional industry supply chain,identifies the key factors of technical scheme design,simulates the technical performance index,expands the existing index system,puts forward the innovative business mode under the vertical ecology of telecom operators,and constructs a tripartite game model represented by telecom operators,traditional enterprises and the government.This paper studies the application of blockchain technology in the supply chain,analyzes the interaction strategies of all parties,and provides reference for the sustainable development of telecom operators in innovative business market such as platform services.(4)Research on vertical ecological solutions for operatorsThis paper analyzes the projects of telecom operators in supply chain traceability management,and designs an innovative business solution for telecom operators in vertical ecology according to the business development status of telecom operators in the agricultural scene.Based on the technologies of Internet of Things and blockchain,combined with the demand of sustainable development of supply chain,a dual chain structure of blockchain is constructed,including the main chain recording transaction data and the sub chain recording IoT data.The performance of the structure is verified in different simulation scenarios to provide reference for telecom operators to improve their innovative business service ability.
