Employees' participation in enterprise management has become a trend of development in the production and operation of enterprises in various countries, and it is also an important means for the government to maintain the stable operation of social economy and expand the rights and interests of workers. In the process of participating in management, employees not only realize the sublimation of self-worth,but also ensure the scientific and reliable decision-making mode and decision result of enterprises.Western countries have carried out the early practice of employees' participation in enterprise management, and different ways of participation have been produced in different historical background and culture. With the support of the policies of governments and the gradual implementation of supporting laws, the decision-making and supervision rights enjoyed by employees in enterprises have been significantly improved, and the internal labor and capital conflicts have been effectively relieved. This paper takes different forms of employee participation management in western countries as the object of study, through combing the early experimental exploration of employee participation and the various forms of employees' participation in enterprise management formed by western developed countries, this paper explores three major modes of employee participation in the emergence stage: the "dual system" employee participation mode represented by Germany and the employee under the union organization represented by Sweden and the employee participation mode under the labor cooperative economy represented by Mondragon Cooperative Corporation in Spain.Through analyzing the historical context, specific principles and challenges of different modes, and then summarizing and comparing the characteristics and differences of employee participation in three different modes, the paper puts forward a new mode of employee participation management in modern enterprises in China, and tries to provide feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the current development concept of "people-centered" in the aspect of enterprise governance. This paper is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the background and significance of this paper, reviews the relevant literature of the research topic of employee participation in enterprise management, and finally puts forward the research methods, innovation points and shortcomings of this paper. The second chapter is the theoretical analysis of employees' participation in enterprise management. This chapter starts from a research perspective of the history of economic thoughts and discusses the main viewpoints on the sources of many ideas and theoretical studies on the employee's participation in enterprise management.Including according to the theory of worker cooperation factory and labor relations theory of Marx's economics research, represented by John Stuart Mill and Marshall's related research, economic democracy theory represented by Schweickart and Dahl, and Stakeholder theory represented by Freeman and Blair constitutes the theoretical framework with employee participation in enterprise management as the theme. The third chapter is the practical exploration of employees participating in enterprise management. This chapter studies the basic principles, operation mode and profit distribution of the early cooperative from the first successful working cooperative,Rochdale Society of Equitable Pioneers.According to the historical background and cultural factors of different countries, the transition to diversified governance schemes formed by employees participating in enterprise management mode in different countries, such as Kibbutz in Israel and Co-determination System in Germany, etc.,including the "Angang Constitution" which played a fundamental role in the democratic management of state-owned enterprises in China after New China.Through the classification and summary of various governance schemes after World War II,we can get three major modes of employee participation management at present stage, thus laying the logic foundation for the later article. The fourth chapter is the management of staff participation in the "dual system" mode. This chapter discusses the mode of labor participation management of "dual system" represented by Germany. The author finds that Germany has established a unique and effective management system for workers' participation in enterprise, from the initial assumption of establishing workers councils in the early stage to the establishment of relatively mature legal framework, and finally formed the basic principle of joint participation of employees in management through enterprise level and company level. From the specific function, the German "dual system" labor participation mode has the functions of maintenance, coordination and social welfare. At the same time, the author makes a systematic analysis of the correctness of the model in theory and the rationality in practice. Finally,it discusses the adjustment of German enterprises in the post crisis era in terms of corporate governance, and fully demonstrates the vitality and stability of the " dual system " laborers participating in the management mode. The fifth chapter is the management of the workers' participation under the leadership of trade union organizations. This chapter mainly analyzes the management mode of employee participation under the leadership of workers' organizations represented by Sweden.Sweden,as an outstanding representative of "window of welfare" in the world, has formed a mode of employee participation with trade unions as the main force in the aspect of enterprise governance. The establishment of many trade unions in Sweden cannot be separated from the labor policies which are conducive to the working class promoted by the Social Democratic Party. After clarifying the evolution of the employee participation mode under the Swedish trade union organization,we analyse the basic principles and main contents of the present Swedish employees' participation in enterprise management. Finally,we can infer the development prospect of this mode by referring to the triple definition of the trade union identity of Hyman. The sixth chapter is the management of workers' participation in the cooperative economy. This chapter analyzes the management mode of employee participation in the economy of worker cooperation represented by Mondragon in Spain. As the largest worker cooperative in the world,Mondragon has embodied the organizational principle of cooperative economy from ownership of means of production to decision-making of major matters, and income distribution.Especially in making major decisions of cooperatives, all members realize voting and equal rights according to the principle of "one member, one vote".Then the author analyzes the social and economic performance of Mondragon from the aspects of the quality of employment, wage difference and strategic choice, and then provides a series of countermeasures and suggestions for the main challenges of monteragon in the background of international expansion.Chapter seven is the summary and enlightenment of this paper.Through the specific analysis of the above three models, this chapter summarizes the basic characteristics and differences of the western workers' participation in enterprise management mode. Finally, according to the basic national conditions of our country at the present stage,it provides feasible countermeasures and suggestions for promoting employees to participate in enterprise management more effectively.
