In today's home and abroad business society, employee participation management has become the important theoretical and practical issues. Many forerign scholars have proved that employee participation is not only an effective incentive and restraint of the important means about business-to-staff, but also can solve the information asymmetry existing in the process of business management, and it can reflect the corporate "people-oriented" management philosophy and improve the efficiency of enterprise management, therefore, it is also increasingly being accepted and adopted in the modern enterprise. In our country, many scholars have carried out a lot of research on the Western theory and practice of employee involvement which had been approved in developed countries, but empirical research is scarce. In this study, on the basic induction of the pairs of related concepts, we give an empirical analysis research on employees to participate in employee job satisfaction and its effect.At last we give our some suggestions and guidance.In this paper, we first summarized and analyzed the relevant literature, and then divided the concept of employee participation into three dimensions:parallel proposal participation, work involvement and participation in decision-making; at the same time, we divided the employee job satisfaction into four dimensions:the work itself satisfaction, work motivation satisfaction, interpersonal relation satisfaction, and the management factors satisfaction. Meanwhile, we refered to the relevant scholars' represent questionnaire, and developed two questionnaire about employee involve-ment and employee job satisfaction, and sent our questionnaire in Changsha, Shen zhen, Guangzhou and other cities on real estate companies convenience sampling, gor the research datas, and did the relevant data analysis.The result shows that there are a significantly relation between employee participation and employee job satisfaction. Specific conclusions are:first, there is a strong correlation between the staff of the various dimensions of job satisfaction and employees'various dimensions. Second, employee participation has a significant positive impact to employee job satisfaction. The results show that employee participation has significantly positive influence on employee job satisfaction in four dimensions, but there is some difference in different specific parts.
