A Study On The Relationship Between Network Characteristics,Dynamic Capabilities And Innovation Performance

High-tech cluster is the main force of regional economic growth,and it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the relationship between network relationship characteristics and enterprise innovation performance in high-tech cluster.Enterprises in the cluster strengthen communication and communication through the cluster network,thereby gaining powerful innovation and competitiveness.Dynamic capabilities promote cooperation among enterprises,integrate the application of resources,and eventually develop and strengthen,thereby enhancing the performance of technological innovation.It takes the enterprises in high-tech clusters as the object of study,and explores the relationship among network characteristics,dynamic capabilities and innovation performance in clusters.This paper first reviewed the concept and the relationship between high-tech industry cluster,dynamic capability and innovation performance as the core;based on social network theory,dynamic capability theory,constructs the research model of network relation-dynamic capability innovation performance ",put forward four aspects of the impact of cluster network relationship on innovation performance hypothesis.To China software Valley(Nanjing)of 210 software companies as the research sample for empirical research.SPSS19.0 and Lisrel8.70 analysis tools are used for statistical analysis and hypothesis validation.The analysis results show that the network relationship characteristics of high-tech cluster enterprises have a positive impact on the performance of technological innovation,and the relationship quality and relationship stability can play a positive role in the performance of technological innovation,and can also be positive for technological innovation performance But the relationship between the performance and the dynamic ability can not produce a role;dynamic ability in the cluster network relationship characteristics and technological innovation performance between the play a part of the intermediary effect;which perceived learning ability and integration of application skills in high-tech The role of cluster enterprise network relationship in the mechanism of technological innovation performance to play a part of the intermediary effect.In view of the research results,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the innovation performance of high-tech clusters.First of all,we should strengthen the construction of network relations and strengthen the internal and external network connections.Actively enhance the construction of the network of relations,improve the quality and stability of inter organizational network relations,and make full use of and tap the knowledge and technical ability of cooperation and innovation.Then,we should attach importance to dynamic capabilities and stimulate enterprise innovation vitality.Finally,play the intermediary role of dynamic capabilities to achieve the promotion of innovation performance.Enterprises should pay attention to the integration of external market knowledge,internal technology and their old and new knowledge,and combine the characteristics of enterprises into the driving force of development,and ultimately realize the continuous growth of enterprise innovation performance.
