| Linear cultural heritage is a special type of cultural resource with unique significance,characterized by a wide spatial scope and rich contents.The conservation of linear cultural heritage involves diverse influencing factors.The traditional management and monitoring model have many limitations,both in terms of macro planning and practical operation,which is a serious challenge for the holistic conservation of cultural linear heritage.The disease state and health level of the heritage muscle varies under the influence of different natural and social environmental factors,which makes heritage risks varies in regional distribution.Based on this situation,the study aims to explore a regional environment risk management strategy for linear cultural heritage features,taking Chinese Eastern Railway(CER)architectural heritage as an example.First,to build a theoretical system of architectural heritage conservation from an evidence-based perspective.Evidence-based architectural heritage conservation adheres to the concept of guiding practice based on best evidence,drawing on systematic evaluation methods to integrate the pathological knowledge of architectural heritage,and linking the closed loop of Evidence-based practice through reevaluation of architectural heritage conservation projects.Aiming at regional environmental risk management of linear cultural heritage,we construct operational procedures for its evidence-based practice.Secondly,with reference to the results of evidence-based knowledge integration of architectural heritage pathology,a pathological profile is created for each building heritage through a standardized investigation and documentation procedure.To construct a quantitative evaluation index system for the disease of CER architectural heritage,and then assigning values to the disease status of the architectural heritage according to the index weights and measurement data.Collecting statistical data to characterize the regional distribution of the comprehensive disease level and the classified disease performance of architectural heritage.Thirdly,to extract regional environmental risk factors of CER architectural heritage based on its pathological analysis.Collecting the environmental risk factor data of CER architectural heritage,enters them into GIS platform for visual representation,and couples the ontological risk level of architectural heritage to assess its comprehensive regional environment risk.Finally,combining the segment distribution characteristics of CER architectural heritage,Power BI is used as a tool to build a full-scale operation platform to deal with its regional environment risks.The study systematically introduces Evidence-based concepts in the field of architectural heritage conservation,explores the concepts of regional environmental risk of linear cultural heritage including risk identification,evaluation and response,conducts a comprehensive survey and diagnosis of CER architectural heritage and quantitative evaluation of its health level,and innovatively builds a collaborative dynamic risk monitoring and management platform for architectural heritage with regard to its regional environment risk characteristics.The research addresses the new requirements in contemporary architectu ral heritage conservation and the problems faced by linear cultural heritage in overall conservation.Starting from the heritage itself to establish an Evidence-based conservation practice system breaking through the traditional scale limitation of administrative divisions as the management unit,which is an expansion of the methods and concepts of cultural heritage conservation and a complement to the scientific nature of architectural heritage conservation research and practice.Supporting by this scientific concept,monitoring and control of regional environment risks of group architectural heritage on a super large geographical scale is also a new exploration of preventive conservation of architectural heritage,which is currently of great concern. |
